On this morning, I came in to BOA very annoyed and angry. My issue for whatever reason couldn’t be handled over the phone and after speaking to about 5 representatives they told me I had to go into the branch. ? So I went in obviously annoyed and was told to sit and wait. More annoyance. ? A young lady, Alicia Dawson, approached me to help. Long story short, she handled my issue with superior customer service, class, knowledge, and an extremely pleasant demeanor to go along with it. I found myself getting “unmad” as I sat with her. I went from I want to close my accounts to let’s keep working together. She was awesome and I hope she gets the recognition and accolades she deserves for being such an outstanding employee. ♥️

The fact that you have to always go in is annoying. There's no drive thru because there's not enough employees. Most of the time its 1 on the inside. No matter how many people are in line.

Chris and Curtis at this location was very friendly and professional. There were other people there but Curtis kept us updated on when my dad and I were next. Chris assisted us in a professional manner. Much appreciated to both of the young men!

Waited over an hr then everything they did was on line threw the app still nothing got accomplished I called before hand to see if I could cash my check from work I have a damaged ID I was told they could cash it with my ssc ID and a few other things I brought everything I tried to open the account that denied me the man helping us could not open the account either 3 hrs later hot bc the air wasn't working or on whatever the issue was I left with my boyfriend no cashed check no new accounts waste of time extremely frustrated ready to cry not a place I wanna visit again soon but since my checks are drawn on that bank I'm stuck having to work with these people again in two weeks ugh so dissatisfied ? and disappointed ?

If I could give 0 stars I would ! This is the SLOWEST bank in the world it does not matter what day nor time of day you come they are very unorganized very slow and do not have any customer service whatsoever

I’ll never go again. There was a person yelling and cussing at me because I was talking longer in the drive through. I told the security guard and he said to call 911 with the careless tone of voice you can imagine. I was in my military uniform and still no respect.

Does have walk up ATM's. This is a small bank. It stays busy, most times a long line inside bank, with only one or two cashier. Plenty of employees at desk, which none of them help out in cases of extremely busy times.. no seating for customers unless you are talking with employees sitting at desk. Really have no thought about senior citizen, standing. Just like all business trying to cut back hiring people. When will businesses realize all this automatic service is not what people want, there is nothing better than one on one customer service ,so many companies have forgot this service. Hope BofA brings it back.

Should be ZERO!!Why is this location even open! I waited for 35 mins in line only for there to be one teller working with customers, one just sitting there, and one business teller! Jus close your doors if this is how you operate
