I’ve gone to a few locations but this by far has been my best experience. Katelyn assisted me in my selection of options for my wash today. She assured me a quality wash, and told me if there was any issues that she would personally take care of them. My car has never been cleaner. Everything was top tier, interior to exterior. This will be my permanent location as a monthly subscriber. Katelyn definitely needs a raise. Thanks again

Paid for premium exterior wash. What I got was a broken antenna, and none of the asphalt dust was washed off. Nice. For 25 dollars you could have at least not broken anything and cleaned the car, but maybe I'm misunderstanding the point of this process idk.

Chesapeake Greenbrier mall location. Horrible front customer service guy - Provided the worst attitude toward me after asking a procong quedtion. I litterally backed out and left.

$62 for a “Manager’s Special” and streaks all over the windows. Armor All on doors but not on the dash and wheels have dry spots where the tire shine did not apply. If you are just trying to knock off dirt then get a cheap wash. If you like your vehicle to be clean and squared away, go somewhere else or pay a detailer.
