Okay… I had to put a review in when i typically don’t…I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now… and I would have to say it’s by far the best location in the Hampton Roads Area… customer service is always great and respectful. If I ever notice a “spot” they missed, without hesitation, they are tackling the issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

By far the worst car wash I’ve ever received. For 50 bucks they took less than 10 min to do a horrible job. Just awful. Interior and exterior. My bumper was full of bugs, window nasty. I’m just so mad. Never again.

They damaged my rearview mirror and they don't want to take responsibility for that. Bad service and they wash the cars badly. Disgusting place.

I have brought both my husband's and my vehicles here the last 2 years. The last 2 times I have paid for full detail interior/exterior and add on rubber mats, I have not received the service warranted to the price paid. Both times I have been the first car and then they get slammed. Understandable that the employees then feel pressured to get the cars done quickly, but they sacrifice quality instead of being transparent with the later cars that they might need to wait to allow the cars in front of them to be cleaned properly.
Both times after they have told me my service was complete, I have had to walk through with the employees and point out all the surfaces that look untouched with visible dust/grime on the seats/dash/console. I then lifted the rubber mats which had been cleaned really thoroughly, to reveal that the cloth mats had not been lifted and each one had very obvious crumbs/sand still left behind. I paid for fresh scent. It was not applied.
Ultimately, both times the employees made it right. As a customer, I should walk into a place where a service is provided correctly without me having to direct the employees. Were they hoping I would drive off and not notice? Do they have a checklist/training to ensure that there is standardization to how they clean the vehicles to ensure they provide the best service possible?
I have liked this car wash in the past due to it's proximity to my home/convenience and the job they have performed. After 2 underwhelming cleanings in the last month, I might be finding a new place to take my vehicles.

The store manager Isaiah and manager Kevin are absolutely amazing here. They go above and beyond for their customers, and they definitely beat the standards when it comes to costumer service. The way they handle this store is amazing, I will definitely only be returning to this store. Such a better experience than the battlefield Autobell.

March 13, 2024, I took my truck to get cleaned inside and outside for 50.99. Well, once the guy was "finished," I inspected it, and it didn't look touched, so much so Chad asked "had they started on my vehicle". Chad started to work on my truck while I talked to the manager ,Conner, about how disappointing the service was. He was very apologetic. I appreciated the fact that he did apologize for the inconvenience this was. Chad, on the other hand, gave me the service I paid for and more. Chad was professional, quick, and did a better job than the four or five individuals who were working on my truck initially. The workers should be paying more attention to detail while servicing individuals vehicles. My reason for 3 stars is bc I had to wait an additional 20 minutes when infact if the service was done correctly, the first time they would have gotten a 5 star. the first face I saw was Cam, who was polite, and she assisted me in getting the detail my truck needed. Thanks

The employees are friendly and they have several options for both outside washing as well as inside your car. For what you get the pricing is very reasonable.
