Went to this car wash on western branch paid 29.99..sat there for 30-45 mins and they hadn’t even touch my truck. I watched them wipe off dry cars..I asked for a refund even offered to just be charged for the ride thru and refund the rest. The manager Jordan told me I could not get a refund and that I either had to just wait or I could leave! VERY RUDE! He has no respect and no urgency to get the cars done. He told me he was the manger and I asked for someone who was over him he said no one was over him n I should leave! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

The store manager refused to honor my coupon just because the system “wouldn’t accept it”. I did not end up getting a wash as a result.

Went yesterday, drove up no one else waiting. Worker was spraying blacktop. Basically ignored me, then he started waving me forward, finally told me prices which were very high. Had to add on 15 dollars for vacuuming because of some dog hair, he was very unfriendly and had attitude, really feel I was ripped off, I called corporate also,

This picture alone should speak for itself. I paid $40+ had to go back home and basically do everything myself. I have a dog so it was obvious that they did not care to vacuum or wipe down the seats. They are leather, there was a decent amount dog hair and dog salvia on my seats and ofc course hair the carpet. Sloppy, lazy work! The outside was great but the car wash itself does that!

Please do not take your car to the automobile on Western Branch boulevard. I was there first thing this morning. They charge too much and the employees do nothing especially the manager.

I was given a 39.99 gift card for Christmas. Not sure what I would be getting for 39.99.; but to think I got a carwash , tire shine, a wipe down and windows and vacuuming. When I got in my car to leave ..I noticed the windows had finger prints on them, the interior (dashboard, console , doors , etc were not even wiped off.) .. so the 39.99 package I got was for a car wash , tire wet, and the outside was wiped off as well as the spots left from the wash itself. .I wasn't very happy that windows and armor all was extra. The outside looked alright but the inside was a big disappointment . Don't think I'll be going here again .

The manager was snippity and tried to rush me to make a choice about the service I wanted. They always miss some details when they clean the inside of my car. I think it's time for a change. Rude customer service matters. It's a competitive market.
