The gentleman (sadly I do not remember his name) at the front desk was super informative and transparent Annie the process and expectations, giving me multiple quotes for different levels of service.
My car was ready within 3 working days, and came out much better than I expected. I will be returning to this location with another vehicle within the next couple months as well. I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this location! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. Months after they fixed our 4Runner, we ran into some squeaking with the trunk. We could not figure out the cause and it was driving us both nuts, Danny our tech, checked every aspect of the car and solved our issue completely. He even went as far as riding in the back of the car as we drove down bumpy roads so he could hear the issue. This location never made us feel like a burden for returning 3 months later. We will forever recommend this location! Thank you all!”

“Cavalier Mazda has excellent service technicians, well trained and licensed. Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??”

“I took my vehicle to Bay Custom Auto Collision after a minor accident, and while the damage seemed small, they ultimately ruled it as totaled due to the cost of parts and labor. Although I wasn’t happy with the outcome, the team remained professional and kept me updated on when they would assess the vehicle.
One thing to note is that they only communicated with the insurance company and did not offer any advice or alternative options directly to me. However, they allowed me to collect my personal items without any hassle and worked quickly so my vehicle wasn’t just sitting in their lot.
In the end, I left without a vehicle and had to purchase a new car, which was frustrating. While the process was smooth in terms of communication and efficiency, I would have appreciated more guidance on possible options.”

Life is short, don't go to a mechanic shop where they make you wait like Finks in Portsmouth. Go somewhere where they mean business even though they don't have the privileges other mechanic shops have -- Chris makes do with the space he has and he is hella good at it too without telling people one thing and turning around and doing something else without your permission later. Finks will do that, you'll hear more and more stories about it until they're investigated or they replace everyone but the mechanics over there. Chris at Great Bridge Auto doesn't play around. He understands the fundamental bedrock of business is to keep people coming back decade after decade, not ten times in two years through some finagled scam like Finks.”
