I had a terrible experience with this location. I had an appointment today and when l checked in, they tried to verify my insurance online. I was told that they were unable to verify my benefits, so I told the lady that did my check in that I would try to call into the insurance to see if they could verify my benefits. They were able to verify my benefits over the phone and they gave me authorization #'s for 2 pairs of glasses. I came back to the front desk to give them the info and she then told me that they could not see me anymore because the doctor was backed up. It took me about 10 minutes to get the info and if he was already running behind, I don't see how it would have impacted his schedule. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment with a completely different company. I hope that you all will work on your customer service for future customers.

Making an appointment was so easy! Everyone is super friendly and polite. I didn’t feel rushed. Their hours are perfect. They are very professional and my Dr was super nice and explained everything to me. There was absolutely no pressure. I will be going here all the time and now taking my children here also. Thank you for an amazing experience. Oh and the price is so reasonable because I have no insurance and I could absolutely afford it. I have bifocals and I wanted to get contacts bc it’s easier with my job and they are perfect. No complaints here.

I never leave bad reviews, but today I just have to. The only reason this isn't getting 1 star is because the doctor and tech in the back were both really friendly and overall great. However, the professionalism of (almost) all the ladies up front is a complete joke. No greeting and barely any acknowledgement while checking in because they were too involved in their own group conversation. While waiting to check out, there was only me and 1 other customer in the building. Only 2 ladies up front were actually working, one helping the one other customer, and one cleaning. Meanwhile, my patient review file sat in the little bin for an actual 30 min while I watched the ladies at the front desk continue their loud personal group conversation and another lady at one of the little check out desks playing on her phone the whole time before I decided to finally speak up and ask for assistance. The cherry on top was there was no apology, nothing but some eye rolls and even a little attitude as I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them.
The sad thing is I've been coming to this America's Best for years, mainly because of the great membership deals and the always friendly doctors and techs. The service up front has never been great, maybe once or twice it was, but I just can't come back after today. I'm going to let my membership expire and will not be returning. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome in a place of business. So long America's Best.

Nice employees, not so nice maintenance, and horrible frames. Lens has been falling out since I got my pair and all they do about it is tighten a screw and send me on my way. Will not be coming back

I’m on my 2nd prescription since Nov 2023. I paid $158 for progressive lenses in November that I don’t even wear because they are impossible. I went a couple weeks ago, paid $60, got a new prescription and my new glasses are only good when I’m looking at my cell phone. Can’t even use them for my laptop or driving.

UPDATE: I was asked in the below comment from americas best to reachout to the email provided so I did. The person who responded, Sara, advised that the DM would be reaching out to discuss the mentioned expereince and here we are a week later and I have not heard anything despite letting Sara know that I had yet to hear from the DM. It's clear that America's best doesn't actually care about their guests experience or service provided they respond with a comment to give the facade they do. Actions speak louder than words.Kenyon, a supervisor? A job this man shouldn't have. His attitude and inability to listen to a customers concern is appalling. Despite not getting a contact lense exam he charged me for because "I liked the brand I wear" (a brand I've worn for 6 years) and continued to use the same brand but with an updated script. He told me I can't use same script for my glasses as I did my contacts. Mind you I've seen the same doctor here most if not all the times I've been here for the last 6 yrs. The doctor told me I wouldn't be charged a contact lense exam fee (also I've never paid for one) since it's the same script as my glasses. Well, Kenyon didn't care to speak with his doctor nor did he get that. He said because i liked the brand enough to continue using them then I'm charged for the contact lense exam regardless despite NOT ACTUALLY HAVING ONE. This location apparently now condones charging people for services not provided. Not to mention his attitude and inability to carry himself professionally in a management roll. Won't be back here.

Waste of my time. The appointment was through a video call which looked like a call center with an agent that put on a lab coat. Get through the whole session just for them to have to reschedule my appointment for when a doctor is in, which is a whole week from today. I’m all for new technology, but only if it makes sense. This was a waste of time and I didn’t feel that my needs were met. I recommend going to an office that has actual in person doctors.

Staff all around was great. Only problem is that their computer system is very slow and causes them to get backed up.

I made an appointment for 11:40am. Walked in and they were 2 hours behind. No one informed me that they were behind until I was waiting an hour+. Their over all customer service today was terrible. So not go here if you want to wait forever to be seen by a virtual doctor......

I placed an order for glasses on February 27th and expected to receive them by March 2nd. However, I have not yet received them. This is very disappointing, especially since these are my first pair of glasses and I am currently unable to see properly. I have been waiting for the glasses for the past two weeks and have not received any response from the store for at least two weeks.I called this afternoon and was informed that it takes 14 days to receive it. This is ridiculous because they initially stated 7 days, then 10 days.They said it was shipped from the lab three days ago and that I'll receive it next Monday(March 11th,2024). I should have ordered it from an online store. This is the worst experience I've ever had.I suggest avoiding this store. You don't want to regret your purchase.

Worst service , these guys are taking 10 working days to deliver glasses . I will suggest try somewhere who can deliver in less time .
