Ok I went there to have a regular eye exam done . Then u go in the room and the tela health doctor comes up on the screen dont remember her name but omg she was so unprofessional telling me she saw a spot on my left eye that looked like a vain wasent getting oxygen to it and if I woke up blind when in the next 3 days to go to the er … I’m like what omg I mean wow what kinda doctor just days stuff that simple and raw like scared the hell out of
Me but she wanted me to go to the greenbrier office to get double checked so I had to wait 2 days for my appointment do u know the fear I had of laying down going to sleep thinking I may up blind !!! Anyway went to
My next appointment today and a in person doctor check me out he was so kind and Caring in the way he spoke and also confirmed he didn’t see what she saw my eyes were fine as far as that issue went he don’t know why she said that to me like that of course I need glasses but not going to be blind .. the diagnosis she thought she might have seen was not there but my thing is why would she say if you wake up in the next 3 days u could be blind like wth !! I don’t ever want to see her again i recommend going to Greenbrier and seeing in person doctor not this telehealth person She wasn't professional at all

This location does not have a doctor on site. I had to have a virtual exam. The doctor was great as were the two assistants. However, this location has a manager with the nastiest attitude. I find her to be loud, unprofessional, and shows she could care less about the patients. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure. After 10 years with these people, I should have left a long time ago! I would not recommend this company or any of its locations.

I was scheduled on 3/23/24 for an appointment at 1P on 3/26/24 due to a cancelation. I arrived and was told that I would have to be rescheduled due to all of the doctors being at lunch. Absolutely unacceptable! Why schedule someone for that time, send several messages a day about the appointment, even received one today only to have it cancelled! I will definitely NOT be returning!!

Everything WAS OK, UNTIL I WENT TO PICK UP MY GLASSES, I WASN'T EVEN OFFERED A BAG, OR A ,CLOTH TO CLEAN,GLASSES AFTER SPEND ING ALL THE. MONEY ISPENT! ,Yall can do a lil, better !!

Amazing customer service!! Selena, Tammy, and I believe his name was Gavin. They were amazing, greeted me with a smile. Selena made me laugh throughout the first half of my appointment. Tammy made the second half with the doctor very comfortable, and explained everything thoroughly throughout and after the exam. Gavin made the check out process easy and fun. 10/10 customer service. Amazing service!

I was a little shocked. I brought with me 2 pair of glasses. While in the exam room , I thought that 1 pair could be fixed. After the visit I told the clerk that i didn't need extra glasses. I was then told my glasses were not able to be fixed and they sent me on my way. After the visit at home my spouse and I looked at the glasses. With a repair kit from the grocery store. I called back to the store and they said I was able to come back anytime for the 2 pair for $79.00

Everyone was so kind and helpful! The whole process did not take long at all even though they were busy with other guests! Tammy was great to talk to and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while doing the exam online with the doctor

I could not reach the store that I ordered my son’s glasses from and was becoming frustrated. Gavin from the Portsmouth Blvd store was awesome! I had spoken to him a few days earlier when I couldn’t reach the store and on both occasions, he checked the order status. Today he contacted the store because I was still unable to reach the location where the glasses were purchased.!! Gavin was very professional and provided excellent customer service!!! Thank you Gavin!!
