WORST MOVING COMPANY. They had a simple move from a storage unit to a condo. Three men showed up, one to unload truck and two to carry items into condo. One laborer argued and fought the entire time with the other one (who didn't speak English). Ridiculously unprofessional. I had to reprimand them outside, as they were loud and argumentative. Now, let's talk about damages.... They somehow managed to break my son's headboard, and to be honest, I'm still trying to figure out how the hell they did it. The headboard was part of a bedroom set (less than 3 years new) and would be difficult to replace. They weren't going to say a word about the damages... I just happened to notice that it was in 2 pieces, as they carried it. They also broke a flat-screen tv. Now, the tv was already protected in a box, so tell me how rough they had to be in order to bust the screen. They broke a wall clock that had glass inserts, and a tall lamp. They were completely inept, a group of bumbling oafs with no regard to my personal items. In addition, they were the most unprofessional bunch of nitwits I've had the displeasure of dealing with. The owner told me that he would call the following day (regarding the headboard). Of course, there was no call. Find another moving company, ANY other moving company.

Extremely unprofessional! Last minute changes in our plans got made and we forgot to call and cancel the service. Received a text 24 hour before scheduled moving date and then informed them their services were no longer needed. Then owner (if it really was) texted me again at 20:00 being very condescending..

Extremely efficient movers, they packed us in insanely quickly. They took very last minute move and did it very professional. Highly recommended.These guys packed the boxes and van really well, nothing was damaged at all in the move. Great service.

These people WILL RIP YOU OFF!! PLEASE GET A WRITTEN QUOTE PRIOR TO YOUR MOVE IF YOU DARE USE THEM! These people are very unprofessional, the owner Yeslena is very rude when you call to complain of the services. The workers sat in my home and argued with one another and also in the front of my new and old home. The son says ones thing and then writes a totally different quote once the move is over. Charged me 100.00 travel time to move 2.8 miles, charged ME DOUBLE MOVE TIME BECAUSE IT "GOT DARK OUTSIDE." These people are crazy and unprofessional. And lastly, the son does not even have a work permit to work in the United States. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Unbelievable!! Only gave them 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars... First of all they seem to have good rates up front until you get the bill. The movers broke my 4 year old son's bed and stated it was because it was a cheap bed. I personally moved that bed just fine a longer distance 4 months ago. no apology... just an insult and i had to ask them to adjust the price. i called the lady who said "call me if you need anything!" when confirming the time and surprise surprise no answer. The guy was willing to give us a credit on the bed but required he took the bed with him. not that i wanted to keep a broken bed for my child to sleep in.... after leaving I noticed another big surprise... they wrote on the receipt 915a to 1245p and charged me for 4.5 hrs... i know the guy didnt speak english but he clearly cant do math either. called mrs call me for anything and she was rude and insulting. dont book this company to think you will get a good value. They will charge you just as much as the other guys but break your stuff. read the other reviews and notice that they have a 1 star review on yelp and other sites. do not let their 4+ star review on google rip you off too!!!!

We are a military family and we have moved few times halfway across the country. Twice we used American transporter to move all our stuff from Virginia to Kansas, and then back from Kansas to Virginia . We were very pleased with the service, very professional, they delivered our stuff all safe without any damages. And for very reasonable price. We have used other companies before, but this one definitely exceeded all our expectations
