After 6 visits to other places, I stumbled on this place and am so glad I did. The front desk manager reminds me of what customer service used to be. It was refreshing. I appreciate her kindness, friendliness and communication. I was in and out in no time for a state inspection. I’m a loyal customer for as long as I remain in the area. It’s super important to go to a locally owned business that treats people well. Thank you.

Really good bunch of folks here. I felt taken care of and communication was excellent. The team got my Jeep JK ready for the road after I purchased it a few weeks ago. They have an in-depth knowledge on lifted trucks as well. Front staff lady, her name slips me sorry!, is super nice and wholehearted.
Thanks to y’all for all you did to get me on the road and in the trails.

I've been going to American Alignment off and on for years. I grew up just around the corner, and it's been here for as long as I can remember! The staff is very welcoming, and they get the job done. They offer easy scheduling for state inspection.

Guys are great .
Pricing is quite hefty. They do use scare tactics unfortunately. Use cheap parts( Owner standard to maximize profit) but tell you they uses in-between. Say they could have charged you this and that which they did they just hid it in other numbers
Inner and outer tie rods both side. Cheapest CARQUEST part inner and outer together which one just screws into the other. 82.48 each side for material from advance auto they charge 384.25 per side to put in plus the 82.48. Real cost they charged 384.25 a hour Just to install inner and outer tie rod.
I personally think they tried to nickel and dime me cause i have a nice truck they had so much wiggle room and still charge me convince fees ,shop fees ,extra labor hours.
Great workers but office will try and upcharge you so be mindful then pretend like they could have charged you for this and that when they already secretly did u just don't notice but they know

Made a appointment on a Friday and dropped off my car for check up. They didn’t “get to it” and didn’t let me know they are closed over the weekend. Thanks for nothing but waisting my time.

2 vehicles had oil change. One had linkage fixed. We towed it in. It was ready the next day. Their prices have been cheaper than our neighborhood mechanic. Worth the drive. Nice folks. Military discount. Would recommend to friends and family.
