Too bad counting change is a lost art. And having a good attitude. I am very very sorry a certain employee had been on the clock “for fourteen hours”. But I didn’t make the schedule. And I know how much I was supposed to get back. It was $20.24 to be exact. Maybe if the cashier was not so busy yelling at customers asking for correct change and slamming everything around her, including the poor calculator….just maybe it would have provided the correct amount…had she not been so violent with it. I wonder if 7-11 would help her pay for anger management classes. Or if she’s there such long hours, I bet she can afford it. And hey, if she starts pocketing the change she’s not giving correctly, she can even probably sign up for sensitivity training too!! I will pay at the pump need be from now on. Its not snarky, petty, and immature like this particular cashier ?In response to owner:Thank you for this. I was able to file a complaint with corporate and was compensated for my trouble. I enjoyed a delicious beverage this morning using points I was provided for the inconvenience. I trust this employee will be given the opportunity to use this as a learning experience. I appreciate your time again.

If you want a 7-Eleven filled wit trash people a rude manager and slutty service counter worker you found the place. Shordie at the counter is well known pass around and she saw me one day when I came in I laugh and called her a clown then walked out to take my business elsewhere. She proceeded to lie to her boss and talk shit to other customers ab me so much so she got me banned. From a 7-Eleven I've only visited 2 times since she's worked there both times unrelated to her and to get gas. The manager obviously wants to fuck her and i hope he gets what he wants but as far as him banning me for absolutely nothing that makes him a bitch and ik u can't get yelp reviews down so for the bitch boy manager who decided to hang up on me when I asked to Speak to the owner since your bitch ass is pussy whipped and act on emotion this one's for you the other lady helped me the one night and she was fantastic and the 711 itself is pretty nice inside the 711 is not bad but the people working there definitely need to be adjusted and if You would call me @ 7576137952 and figure out this ban situation since I was banned unfairly or I can go to the BBB it's up to you but if you unban I will surely go spend more money!!!!

I am not sure why the new owners aren’t being proactive in maintaining a quality store. The previous owner Judy kept the store in top shape but the store now is in disarray. Dirty, unorganized, long lines, shelf’s empty, coffee not always fresh or some of the containers empty. Judy took pride in running a quality operation. What is the purpose of owning a company if you are going to allow it to fall apart. It went from one of the best 7-11s to one to avoid now.

Does anyone here know how to keep the coffee fresh, freshly made OR JUST MAKE THOSE EMPTY POTS FILL WITH FRESH COFFEE???? Apparently not. When me and my husband come from North Carolina a couple times a month we have stopped at this 711 for coffee and have yet to been pleased. Different days different times. Today is Saturday may 15 , 2 o'clock in the afternoon all the pots were emptied when my husband asked about the coffee they looked at him like he was nuts . If I owned this store I think I would check up on just the little things that bring people back. In these trying times I would want to keep my repeated customers who have been faithful to me throughout the covid and as things start to lax more,, that these people recommend my store. I know it's a training process but when you are not around things like this happen. While the Cats away the mice will play... or not do what they're paid to do in this case

This location is not convenient for paying for gas at the pump because they can't seem to keep the receipt paper stocked. I end up having to go inside and ask the cashier to print it for me.
