I visit just about 3xs a week m. Never have I had any issues until this morning. Very disrespectful, nasty, rude employee. I did make a formal complaint with corporate. The other employees here are always good. Not sure who picked her but she definitely changes the trajectory of this establishment.
Seems as if she’s upset to work and that’s not the customers problem. Will be seeing how I can get in touch with any higher ups because our encounter was unnecessary, distressful and shouldn’t happen with anyone. I did take a full video; as I let her know I began recording because of the way I was treated. It will not let me post the video but I have pictures. As the 711 corporate employee was asking for her name I went to locate a tag and let them no she didn’t have one . She starts yelling “ and sure don’t “ and “ sure don’t “ attempting to antagonize me. She needs training immediately or another career path

Receipts for gas don’t exist at the pumps. The men’s room was worse than disgusting with no paper product available. I stopped by yesterday to check it, thinking maybe they were having a bad day. It was worse!
Get gas and scram. Use a glove to open the door if you must go in.

The young man at the counter (not sure of his name) was extremely kind and has great customer service. However, he is obviously new so he is learning but the Asian lady (assuming she was the MOD) was extremely rude to him and yelled at him while myself and other customers were at the register. Regardless if he forgot to do something she should NEVER yell at another employee in front of customers. Other customers could take that as a sign to treat him the same way. He doesn’t deserve that. And young man if you’re reading this quit!! Until they can find better management. Also, the next time I see her do that I will step in and say something. It won’t be nice.

This is the second review I have had to post for this issue. I purchased gas while on a business trip and forgot my receipt. I returned a few days later only to be brushed off by the employee at the time. I came back a second time and was assured that I could get a receipt if I came back to see the owner the next morning. I returned a third time the next morning and the owner did not show up for the hour and a half that I waited. I left all of my contact information and credit card info for the receipt to be emailed to me, but it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and I have nothing. I have tried to call, only to hear a fax machine answer. The last review I was advised to contact them on Bitly, which I did, but still no response. If this is the kind of service I can expect from 7eleven, I will not be returning. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

There’s a young man in there by the name of Quan! He is literally one of the hardest working people that I’ve come across in this store… I mean by himself he literally knocked down a line of more than 20 people in under 10 minutes working two registers! I would love to see this young man stay and be noticed. Very very respectful love his work ethic best I’ve seen

I always have a great customer service experience at the counter. However, the restroom at this location is filthy. Someone left the lid up and it looked like it haven't been cleaned in years. . Please deep clean that restroom.

I adore 7-11. One of our most visited spots for gas, smacks, and even quick bites. It is always so clean and the staff is amazing.

Is always a busy place, so there usually has a line at the register, gas pricing is competitive. Friendly people, ATM available with a fee. Overall OK.
