If you want a good and trustworthy autoshop, then look no further! Nestled in a cute little town, this auto shop cares about their customers like family and takes care them as such. I will bring my business to them from now on and highly recommend them to family and friends. I had taken my Rouge to a Nissan dealership near me where they informed me my brake pads where barely passable at 3mm and wanted to charge me $400 for a pair of brake shoes on the rear tires of my car. I told the Nissan place I'll find someone cheaper and was then referred to J. R.'s. I took it today and was told about hour and a half which is cool. I'm sitting outside with my family, in hubby's truck, eating a quick bite when I get a call (about 20 min after dropping it off). The nice woman, Tammy, then asked why I thought I needed a brake change. I told her what my local Nissan place said. She told me come back. I get back and the awesome and incredibly nice mechanic, James, takes me back into the garage and shows me my brakes with a lot more than 3mm on them. I swear it looked more like 7mm! They told me they didn't need the brakes and was willing to let it go. They were honest and up front. They could have just went ahead with it to make money but they didn't. Because of that, I told them to rotate my tires and instead of changing my brakes, change my husband's oil (he was planning on taking it to the local Toyota dealership) which actually saved us money there too. I wanted to give them as much business as possible since they were so honest with me. They have made a forever customer today.

My older Toyota need small engine work, they were amazing. It cost but I havent had any problems,no returning because something wasnt done. They text and email,they talk to you. Communication is excellent, very friendly. Amy was most helpful, my description of whats going on with my car I know shes thinking Im a nut. But she passes on my info. I dont think I will be taking my car amywhere else. Thank you guys,I appreciate you.

I highly recommend this place. The service has been great and they are good people to deal with. They even saved me some money by correctly diagnosing a problem and saving me from having some unnecessary work done. Honesty and good service will definitely keep me coming back.
