No answer to phone calls. They just send it to an automated hold service now. I was on hold for over 32 minutes today without a real person ever speaking to me. I ended up hanging up. They have really gone downhill.

I do not trust the lead vet. They have other staff that does their best but Kay is always in a rush and frankly doesn’t seem to care very deeply about any of it. Had a bad experience a few years back when my dog was hit by a car. I came to pick up his body the next day and instead of giving condolences she sat me down and heartlessly explained every single ounce of damage that was done on my already dead dog? That was not necessary AT ALL. This weekend I had to bring my kitten in because no one else had openings. They did vaccines that I really didn’t want but I told them to go ahead, she had a reaction to them and hasnt eaten for three days. When I called back to report it to them and they told me it was normal and I shouldn’t worry unless I just want to hospitalize her for a few days??? I’m taking her back to my regular vet who is actually concerned for the well being of their patients.
