“If you want a good and trustworthy autoshop, then look no further! Nestled in a cute little town, this auto shop cares about their customers like family and takes care them as such. I will bring my business to them from now on and highly recommend them to family and friends. I had taken my Rouge to a Nissan dealership near me where they informed me my brake pads where barely passable at 3mm and wanted to charge me $400 for a pair of brake shoes on the rear tires of my car. I told the Nissan place I'll find someone cheaper and was then referred to J. R.'s. I took it today and was told about hour and a half which is cool. I'm sitting outside with my family, in hubby's truck, eating a quick bite when I get a call (about 20 min after dropping it off). The nice woman, Tammy, then asked why I thought I needed a brake change. I told her what my local Nissan place said. She told me come back. I get back and the awesome and incredibly nice mechanic, James, takes me back into the garage and shows me my brakes with a lot more than 3mm on them. I swear it looked more like 7mm! They told me they didn't need the brakes and was willing to let it go. They were honest and up front. They could have just went ahead with it to make money but they didn't. Because of that, I told them to rotate my tires and instead of changing my brakes, change my husband's oil (he was planning on taking it to the local Toyota dealership) which actually saved us money there too. I wanted to give them as much business as possible since they were so honest with me. They have made a forever customer today.”

“Called Daren early Tuesday morning about a 2019 F550 service truck. Ended up leaving back home with the truck same day. Standup gentleman to work with and was completely honest and upfront about 2 very small issues the truck has. Funding on my end was taking a bit longer than expected but he still stayed at the dealership even after closing time to get the deal done. I will 100% be calling Daren again when I’m in need of another service truck. My experience here was nothing short of perfection”
