They always have the medicine OTC I need. There's food and sodas, and they do have other small drinks you can buy out of the refrigeration area. They sell office and school supplies. It's always a great place to get a card for any occasion. They also have a photo area where you can do prints in any size for your memories. Plenty of makeup, bathing items, teeth brushing items. They have just about whatever you're looking for.

Waited for the pharmacy to pick up the phone because I had some questions and problems with a certain medication,,and I've been on hold for exactly 52 minutes,,,and currently still waiting,,unbelievable!

I checked the website before traveling 30 minutes to get to cvs pharmacy to pickup prescriptions. Website said open till 7, I got there at 6:29 to a closed pharmacy!!! CVS UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE HOURS!!! I JUST WASTED 1 HOUR OF MY TIME NOT TO MENTION GAS!!! SO MAD!!!

After a horrible treatment at CVS in South Hill, VA I called in the Chase City and received the most courteous and helpful service ever received at a CVS. Real customer service in the day and age. I wish I knew the young man’s name, but he was exceptional.

On 5/15/2021 at about 11:00 a.m. I came to pharmacy to inquire about covid testing and other info. the woman pharmacist was rude and wouldn't or couldn't give simple basic information ,from now on I'll never come back to that store again not even for an aspirin, this covid is serious and there's no need for these type of people in this field of work.
