I called ahead asking if they had maternity pants since I had just given birth unexpectedly and had no clothes with me and they were very helpful showing me all the clothes that they had that would fit me. They had all the ones they had in the store waiting for me upfront when I arrived and even just listened to my story. I normally shop online because I didn't have a store close to me but they were very welcoming and definitely going to be coming back in store just to shop to see them!”

Ultralight is not their thing, but no worries. I'd like to see more affordable options in the future as outdoor provisions continue to move into the middle class price range which inevitably excludes lower income families.”

“While Athleta is still on the pricey side, they do run periodic clearance sales or final sales that make their apparel affordable. I went in today just to look around and was pleasantly surprised to see an extra 30% off clearance sign. A jacket that was originally listed for $178, I ended up getting for $55. It's also nice to see a line that has something for all body types and sizes. They have a girls' line too.”

Very nice personnel and lovely cloths.Yet, Banana Republic is very expensive except for the few days when everything is -40% (on those days I have had harder time getting help). Without this pricing craziness, 5 starts.. The sale makes all previous purchases feel bad. Hence, I might not shop here again due to that. However, I am very happy with my suits and for an urgent need I can recommend.”

“Wonderfully welcoming customer service and beautiful work. I had a jacket zipper repaired that two other alterations businesses would not do due to an odd placement of a snap and they quoted the repair to be almost as much as the jacket cost. I brought it in to Hisami’s and the jacket was repaired quickly, very affordable, and it looks just like it did when it was new. I will definitely be returning!”
“Kayla, in the Cville, Va. store went above and beyond normal employee’s standards. I asked about a dress on a mannequin display and she searched all over the store to make sure that it was indeed the last one. Because the mannequin was located up high, I didn’t expect that anyone would be available to take the dress off the display right away. Kayla took the time to make it happen for me- I bought the dress- and was very impressed with her customer service.She’s def a star employee.”
“I love shopping J.Jill and most staff is great however I do not feel comfortable when Audrey the manager is there. I do not feel she is warm and friendly and many times I have walked past this store and not gone in when I see her there, she comes across cold and better than others. My guess is other customers feel this way. Bobbi with the beautiful black hair is really nice and friendly, she always makes customers feel great along with the rest of the staff.”
