The staff is so considerate and friendly. I find them to be really willing to help every time I have been in there. I have even had them walk me to the aisle to show me where something is that I have asked where it is. I also like the layout of the store... bright and cheerful.

The woman pharmacy tech at this location is awesome! She helped me immensely with kindness and patience and clarity. (But they can be elusive via phone, best just to go in if you can't get through!)

Unfortunately this Walgreens is never stocked and never answers my phone calls at the pharmacy. Also, the prescriptions are always way later to be filled than they're supposed to be. The drive through line takes a long time but that's normal with Walgreens prescription pickup. I'm sure the pharmacists are doing their best considering the long lines but inside takes a long time too. They are swamped in the pharmacy and don't seem to have many other regular shoppers since so many of their shelves are empty.

Was on the phone for a hour before hanging up because no one answered. Avoid this place for the pharmacy at all costs.

I had a scheduled Covid test at the Pantops Walgreenes, but arrived to a closed drive-through, no phone pick-up, no explaining signs in the drive through, and signs at the front not to come inside if needing a Covid test. Eventually someone who seemed to work in the pharmacy happened to exit. My question about what was happening and what I should do was answered with little empathy saying they could not call to cancel since their phones were down. My inquiry about testing dismissed with some short answer I could not understand. I had received the confirmation of the appointment by email/text. Why could they not send a cancellation? I wasted a good hour away from work for nothing but a shrugg-off and irritation of an obviously over-taxed and stressed staff. I know everyone is short-handed, but this still should have been handled differently.

Horrific! Over an hour late for both of my scheduled vaccinations for my children. They can't even update the address or properly submit to insurance. I'm still sitting here an hour past my appointment time and the line is literally down the isle, stacked 18 deep! Run away!

Takes 15 minutes to help three customers at the pharmacy. Then they say it'll be 45 minutes after my scheduled time to get a flu shot. Avoid at all costs. I hope the people that work there get paid well, otherwise they should all walk off. Walgreens inc is massively over scheduling their vaccine slots.

Visited for a flu shot. Although no customers were present I was told to make an appointment. After making an appointment I showed up fifteen minutes early as requested. Approximately ten customers there with only one employee handling purchases and vaccination requests. I left after thirty minutes with eight customers still ahead of me.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever gone to. The pharmacist were great when it was Rite Aid and I never had to wait for a prescription as they always had my medicine in stock. Once it was taken over by Walgreens I have had one prescription lost, and they never have my medicine in stock so I am without my needed medicine for days. They are obviously short staffed as service is consistently slow. I will be switching all of our families prescriptions to another pharmacy despite the fact that this Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to my house.

Love being verbally dismissed by the pharmacist on duty, instead of asking maybe for a different address I'm told I've never been here before. Instead of looking for a resolution for simple issue they insist on being rude to get the last word in just to make you feel like the d*** one. Sorry you decided to choose the wrong profession, don't take it out on people needing medicine for their well being. They'd rather give you 2 pills and a side of attitude than taking the extra 30 seconds to resolve a problem they started. Trash store 0/10 customer service, indecent people.
