I can't express how grateful I am for HELENE and her team at the Wells Fargo airport road branch in cville. They went above and beyond for me when they didn't even need to. Customer service is exceptional here but Helene is amazing and truly cares about her customers that come into the branch.

The people there are rude and it's always issues at this bank. It's a guy and 2 girls I didn't get the guy name but Amber and Samantha are the 2 females. I'm not 1 to have anybody fired but they need to be retained on how to talk to people

Great smiling friendly faces at the branches but the overall service from any other part of the bank absolutely sucks. Opened a new account. Received bank card in mail ,called waded through the most annoying phone menu to activate card. Week later go to use the card it doesn't work. Called 800# was told to go into a branch to make the transaction. Tried to use mobile app and had issues. Called again and was told to go to a branch for the transaction. Set up account to transfer money to another bank. Jumped through all the security hoops tried to make a transfer and could not. Called again and was told to go to a branch for the transaction. Called again was told everything was setup for transferring to another account. Once again could not called 800# was told to go to branch. Called again today and went through 10 minutes of robot questions and holding to hear a recorded message telling me to try my call at a later time. Poor place to do business with. Have no choice but to close my accounts.

It's a bank. I didn't do any major account activities, so can't comment on how they handle things. Not sure why google said it was permanently closed though.

Went to the 29/Airport Rd branch yesterday with some requests and needs that to be frank, were not in the best interest of the bank. Even so, Jodi Milton, branch manager, met my requests with professionalism and showed more interest in my needs than the bank's.

I became a Wells Fargo customer when I moved to Virginia. This location on the corner of Route 29 and Airport Road has set itself apart from other Charlottesville area branches. Both tellers greeted me right away as I walked in the door. Immediately they asked if I needed any assistance. I needed to get a form notarized and they directed me to a Personal Banker. She performed the notarization free of charge because I was a customer of Wells Fargo. After she completed that, she took the time to go over my accounts with me and see if they could better serve me as a bank. I ended up opening up a new Savings Account which was much better in my favor than the one I currently had. When you do business at this location you truly feel like a person and a valued customer (not just another number). I also enjoyed the branch much better than the other locations because it was not as busy and hectic. It's easy to get into and out of. The branch was very clean and organized inside.
