Was just treated like a criminal at fashion square charlottesville wells fargo!! Been banking at wf for 40 years. Fashion square. 29 branch is a piece of work! All because I left my card in atm!! Will NEVER go to this branch again. Was told off by manager! What happened to customer service!? Turns out I'm not a criminal and after 30 minutes of being taunted by staff finally got MY card back. And was told to prevent this in future"don't leave your card in the machine next time"

I went into this branch of Wells Fargo with a friend who did not speak much English so I could help her. WF is not my bank. What a wonderful experience! The teller was friendly and polite and as helpful as could be. She arranged to have statements mailed to my friend's house because my friend was having great difficulty banking on her phone. She printed the last 3 statements for my friend. When my friend could not remember her social security number (she is 67) the teller pulled the information from her drivers license and address and birth date. The teller could have not been more helpful and patient. This is a great place to bank and is very well located at the corner of Rio and Seminole (29) .

Three bankers stayed late on a Friday evening (after closing) to help my Hispanic friend open a bank account. They were professional, patient, and friendly through the process. Really appreciate their work!

I was depositing a check for my husband's business and the two tellers did not wanted to deposit on the business since I didn't had the account nor my name was on the business, so asked my husband the num. For he send the debit card number just for them to verify that i twas going to the business again the supervisor for the tellers denide to take the check I don't know if every customer has to have their account nu.ber but may is time to for well Fargo to get to know their customers better or be more helpful because they act like we are from different ant!!

Today I went to this branch asking for a 10 dollars quarter coin so the cashier told me that the can’t give that and I asked the manager to help me for that, cause I really need that quarter for my laundry but she can’t help me either . Wells Fargo really need manager and staff to help us . I hope that you guys really consider this to help your CUSTOMERS

The banker Mr.Hawkes was extremely helpful, he took the time to sit with me and help me through my banking issues I was having. I did attempt to go to another bank but the bank on Rolkin Rd would not answer any of my qustions without appointment. I would recommended this bank on Seminole to everyone. There were also two other women their names i did not caught, were helpful as well. I really apperiate you all.

The bank associate asked for my sister’s name for verification which is totally unacceptable nor is it a security question, made me wait in the drive through for extra unnecessary verifications considering my daily visits to make deposits.The manager simply escalated the situation, the bank does not respect its personal members nor its business members.I highly suggest for the reader to take their money elsewhere unless you want it held hostage at a mafia-life bank.
