Booked an appointment online showed up 10 minutes before appointment. Only to have them say they double booked the appointment time. The other individual wasn’t even there for the appointment time yet. This place was perfectly fine letting a family with a toddler in tow get told that they were gonna honor the appointment for the person that wasn’t even there. We set the appointment days before online. We also drove roughly an hour for this appointment. Also told them I would be closing all my Wells Fargo accounts. They didn’t seem to care or offer any possible solutions. I was sick of Wells Fargo before and this is going to definitely push me to go through the pains of switching payrolls and all other automated drafts to another bank…

This is awful this bank still hasn't opened the inside without an appointment!!!!! Other bank branches are open to the public and then it still closes at 5 on Friday when people need the bank the most!!! I found a wallet dropped at the ATM, when I knocked they looked at me like I was a alien!!!! They reluctantly came to the door and asked what I wanted Through the glass!!!! I explained I found a wallet, I was told to wait while he ask what to do. He then came back and said leave it on the ground and I will get it. He got it after I walked away. They sit behind glass anyway why can't they see people in person!!!!! I'm sure they all go to stores when they leave work!!!!

Waited literally 25 minutes in one line if they cant open the inside for people that need that much time then you should come up with a plan. Couldnt cash my check before going to work thanks wells fargo. Thank god i didnt start my account with them

Im closing out my accounts with this bank immediately.
Let me explain.
I purchased something from a pizza parlor on Wednesday. The funds were removed out of my " Available balance" as always and put into the "Pending"
. I checked my account on thursday evening at 6:00pm did a transfer out of my savings into my checking acount to make a purchase and to have a balance in my checking so I could deposit my check on friday morning .
I deposited my check into the ATM like I always do because I find it to be easier and more convenient for me
.after depositing my check an overdraft notice popped up on the screen . I had not made a purchase since thursday and I didnt have any auto withdraws pending .so I went inside to find out what was the issue .the teller told me that the reason for the overdraft was because the pizza parlor had taken their funds earlier that morning .
I told her no ,the funds are withdrawn at the time of purchase and put into the pending .
She didnt reply but I knew what happened.
Because the pizza parlor took to long (since Wednesday this is friday ...Two Days ) to take out the money out of pending Wells Fargo put the money back into my checking without written notice to me via email ,text message ,or notice on my wells fargo app so it wouldnt confuse me on my balance like a responsible bank should , which lead me to believe I had money in there when I made the transfer on thursday to make my purchase.
Mind you the pizza parlor purchase was very small ($10) and wouldnt alarm me as far as excess funds in my checking account all of a sudden .
Well, on friday the pizza parlor withdrew their money out of my checking instead of pending where it should have been waiting in the first place . Well it left me with a 20¢ overdraft .
I have overdraft protection and had money in my savings to cover the overdraft but because it was under a dollar Wells fargo did not cover the overdraft so when I put my check into my account I had no access to my funds until Saturday because of the 20¢ overdraft.
Three points here .
Point one .The bank put the pending amount back into my checking in less than two days instead of leaving it where it should have been so it didnt confuse me on my balance (because the amount was so small It wasnt noticable to me)which caused an overdraft .
Point two .. The bank did not cover the overdraft because it was under $1 which caused me to not have access to my funds until the next day for a 20¢ overdraft .
Point three. They said there was nothing they could do to help me since I put my paycheck into the ATM. The paycheck that I have been depositing into my checking account for the last four years which not a single one has bounced or ever had an issue with. And they can look on the computer and see the photo the ATM took of my paycheck to see its the same company and bank account that I have been depositing for the last four years and then refused to allow me an advance.
So Im left with no access to my funds dont have but $4 in my savings and am suppose to go to dinner with my family tonight and have no funds .Which is going to be difficult to explain and embarrassing .
Their policies are holding my funds hostage and " there is nothing they can do ". "They cant see the check I deposited". Well it seems funny I just received an email from them with a real pretty picture of my payroll check !!
Due to the flawed policies of Wells Fargo bank I can no longer trust them to do my banking. So my accounts will be closed immediately in the morning and I will send reviews to every sight possible ..this one has a 2.3 stars And another 1.0 stars seems to me Im not the only one having issues with this bank .hope this review that Im posting here and other sites will help someone else that might fall into the same trap and think about changing banks we all know well what they just forked out millions over . I've had a acct here for 7 years checking and savings. I also have excellent credit. After applying for a auto loan 2 days later they still couldn't give me an answer. I ended up going to Pioneer Bank in Charlottesville Va and was approved with a check in hand within 30 minutes. 4 hours after this they called with approval with a 3% higher rate than Pioneer! I will be closing all my accts at Wells Fargo and moving them!

Very unhelpful. Banker initially stated my account information could not be sent to me. Then had delayed understanding of encrypting an email. Also wouldnt give me my full account information.
