Toilet capaciy is too little.But bright, clean and spacious.* tip to ingress or egress : using Greenbrier Dr. is better than straight from Seminole Dr.

Have on multiple occasions ordered ahead by more than 30 minutes and the order still won’t be made by the time I go for pickup, regardless if it is busy or not. This morning I ordered a coffee with a breakfast and the coffee still wasn’t done 15 minutes after the time I had scheduled to pick it up. I love Wawa, but this location has consistently had issues with pickups that I’ve never experienced at other wawas.

Mobile orders almost never ready on time and when they are ready they sit behind the counter with no one addressing them. Can never walk in gab the food and leave. God forbid I order a hand crafted drink with the food. Put the mobile orders out to be grabbed!!

Worst place to order ahead for pick up. The order is never ready even if you order 30 minutes ahead. It happened 3 times for me. The management should respect people’s time and money.Very disappointed.

The man behind the counter making sandwiches tonight was very kind. He has great customer service skills even with it being close to midnight! He contributed to a great customer experience! We will definitely be back!
