Terrible service, this is my third day coming to have a chip changed and the system is bad, I was there for more than 3 hours each day and they still haven't solved me!!

I would avoid this store, if possible! They do not have enough employees and you're not acknowledged as you enter the store. Nothing, but a meat market!! Be prepared to wait hours for help! Do yourself a favor and go to another store. I plan on driving an hour to go to the corporate store in Richmond, VA. I will go with another carrier once my problem has been resolved!

As soon as I walked into the store, Andrew greeted us with a smile. I had my mind set on upgrading to the iPhone 15 and Andrew assisted me with making that happen! Thank you Andrew for being professional and very personable! Very satisfied with how everything went. 10/10!

After experiencing Hell at the Ruckersville Verizon store with Earl, the” know it all” … I came to have all my issues resolved with the help of Kisa and the staff at the Rio Rd store. What began as a nightmare ended up with a quick friendly and easy experience. DO NOT GO TO RUCKERSILLE VERIZON.

I've been trying to call this store for 2 days and everything I do it sends me to customer service. I need to speak with someone in that store before my order is cancelled. I will change my review if someone helps me!

Verizon used to be the best in the industry. I'm with Tmobile now after being abused and ripped off every time I've tried switching back to Verizon. Seriously, if you're thinking about going to Verizon, do yourself a favor and do the opposite of that.

I only gave one star because 0 was not an option. We started a promotional account online and had to pick up in store. Unfortunately we had to go back to the same store we had gone to the day before. The so called “store manager “ would not give us, as a new customer, any acceptable deal so we went online. When we went back to pick up our new phones from that store and she said one of the phones that we ordered was not showing on her end. She said she refunded our order and placed an order for two phones to be purchased in her store Rio Road. We have since been charged for five phones and only have three. And activation fees have been applied to five phones when only three phones were activated. Also forgot to mention all activation fees were to be waived within our promotion. Due to her activating one of the phones in the store without letting us know what she was doing has since completely messed up this process. Our bill is supposed to be in the $150’s but is showing $380. She completely/ intentionally messed up our account. Would not recommend driving into that parking lot much less going in the store. EXTREMELY SHADY!!!!!!!P.S. We have been trying to get this resolved with a different cooperate store in our area and they too have herd of bad experiences with the Rio Road location.

Manager was really helpful. She gave me all the info I wanted, was really courteous and not pushy and she also gracefully problem solved for her coworkers at the same time.

We had a very pleasant experience with Andrew. He was calm and helpful and explained everything well. The whole process of getting a new phone, switching numbers and lines took about 45 mins.The fastest I’ve ever had at a phone store!We couldn’t recommend more.

To be clear, this review is not regarding the local store or staff. They have been very personable to work with. However, Verizon Business is a nightmare, and if you have any chance to avoid partnering with them I would strongly suggest it. We signed up for wireless internet through the small business LTE Internet, however, the service didn't work for us and the "unlimited" data was limited to 50 GB. We went through 37 GB in a day of "service". However, the business department is so disjointed and unorderly, they opened 2 accounts for us, not just one. So while we used 1 account, the other was just sitting there costing us money. In order to cancel our service I've had to visit the local store twice, I've called Verizon Business more times than I can count, and have spent a total of at least 12 hours on the phone with incompetent representatives. It was finally worth it to simply pay the $345 to stop dealing with this horrible system. Avoid Verizon Business at all costs. Because it will cost way more than it is worth.
