Andrew was amazing during my visit. Me and my husband had a tons of questions since this is the first time that we are getting a phone from the US. Andrew was able to answer all my questions and make really good suggestions, he seems like an honest good employee with excellent customer service skills.Lindsay was also really great and really helpful.

I dealt with 3 different people there because our new iphones were having issues. (Partly the fault of Apple and part Verizon.) Jasmine spent hours helping me out. I even left and came back while she was on hold with tech support and she didn't give up. She got me all set up and she was super nice the whole time. We also had a great experience with BJ. He is very knowledgeable. The manager was very helpful too. It's not any of their faults that the wait time is long!

Worst customer service ever! Was not too busy and still took 40 minutes to be helped, and when the manager finally helped me she barley spoke to m, simply gesturing at me when she needed my password and eventually told me it wasn't working when I had no idea what was going on. She just kept turning my iPad on and off and really didn't know what was going on. Did not offer any next steps or any solutions, go somewhere else if you can!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 23 years, which in the cell phone world is a lifetime. As a loyal customer for all of those years, I expect to be treated in ways that value my loyalty versus a brand new customer who has no history with this money grubbing company. Instead, their offers are specifically designed to force you as a customer into some sort of upgrade, even when you don't need it or want it. A perfect example is making you pay for unlimited data even when your current usage is less than 2 GB per month. I am so underwhelmed by them, and I want encourage anyone reading this review to shop carefully for your carrier, but be forewarned. If you choose Verizon you will have to settle for a truly second rate company that doesn't respect or value you as a customer. They deserve to lose business!!

Waited patiently to be helped while they waited on other people. No one checking any one in and was skipped by staff. I'd rather go somewhere else.

This location is busy, busy busy. If you have no choice but to come here-be prepared to wait and wait and I was surprised to see that they have exactly one bench. Try calling customer service from home before you come in to see if you can resolve it that way to save yourself time and aggravation.

I will never shop here again. Waited forever for help with a screen protector. Was given a speech on how wonderful and easy to replace they are if you buy from them. Fast forward to today, my son and I have worthless screen protectors and the original sales pitch changed each time we went back (my husband and I have gone back three times). $40 each and a complete waste. I asked for management to call, told they would, never heard from anyone.

Customer service at the store is fantastic, but my service price goes up each month and the connectivity at home base is limited to 1-3g. If they can't provide LTE at home base they shouldn't charge for it. Also my account continues to get compromised and changes are always occurring (I.e. my phones continue to get forwarded to other numbers). My data usage indicates I'm gaming and I don't. I believe their system is vulnerable.

Worst customer service ever and this is not the first time. Verizon contacted me about making an appointment to discuss an upgrade. Foolish me. I assumed that meant they wanted our business. I made the appointment and went in at the designated time but the greeter could not find the appointment in the system. He assured me however I would "be next." The greeter proceeded to chat with another agent and his customer for over fifteen minutes as I waited. There were very few people in the place. The place was nearly empty and several employees were not visible engaged with customers. I grew increasingly perplexed. When my time for deliverance was at hand, Mike finally came over. He was a pleasant fellow who had clearly no interest in helping me sort through the complications of our account. He also was very clear that he was happy to see me take my four phone line elsewhere. When I called customer service on the phone, I also found out that Mike had given me misinformation. Also as I was trying to wring information from Mike, I was startled to see two young women come in and the greeter drop everything to scurry around after them. I never got to the point of discussing the new iPhone I wanted to purchase. Why would I continue to do business with folks who are neither capable nor kind? Apparently Verizon is so big that the stores do not have to worry about customer service. I went straight to the U.S. Cellular office where the plans were cheaper and the folks extremely nice.

Worst experience EVER. Bought two new iPhones. Female employee could not activate the phone, caused my Apple account to be locked for 24 hours (who does this?), hung up on the Apple tech rep, and disappeared never to be seen again. Avoid this Verizon location at all costs. Tech support is inexperienced and rude.

Asked basic questions on the phone regarding new iPhone se and was very specific. Could not tell me what I would have to pay in store for taxes on monthly purchase plan until after I asked the same question three times. I will not be going to that store.

This is my go-to Verizon store for the family's smart phone needs. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. Dustin helped me most recently. Positive experience.

I visited this store in the hope they could fix a problem with my New IPad Mini 4 that was caused by an incompetent employee at the Apple Store. I needed to swap my Verizon SIM card. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and handed off to Doug, a technician. Doug was great. He took care of the problem quickly and also made some improvements to my IPad. He was personable, talented and very efficient. All in all a great customer service experience!
