Despite some of the negative reviews, I had a great experience with this post office. I recently ordered two really important packages that were shipped from overseas that were marked “out for delivery” by USPS, but ended up being returned to sender (and were supposed to be shipped all the way back across the world!) after my address was accidentally marked as invalid. I called their office ASAP and was able to reach Diane, who was soo polite and helpful - and even went out of her way to personally find my packages from their mail room and re-mark them for delivery! She was incredibly sweet and even called me back to let me know that she would personally see that they were delivered. I cannot thank her enough for her help and would definitely recommend this post office just because she was so great!

Abandoning your mail carrier after 6 years, after she contacted your company, and not actual medical treatment? Not helping her when she attempted helping the company over her own health, refusing to secure her bare minimum stability. And Refusing HER PAY for HER SUPERVISORS SCREW UP. Shame.You don’t own the company, it’s not money directly out of your pocket. Ask every single person on her route, would they rather mail came late or her have a heart attack on their door. Collusion and abandoning loyalty, is exactly what is destroying not just our country, but the world right now.that’s exactly whats wrong with our country. I hope you see how low your rating is and take into place, that’s not the customers everywhere. The stores where I’m at are greatly reviewed. Fix your management anymore. 6 years of that woman’s life. So she was obviously productive, Help the worker, she followed protocol. Shame on you.

One star is too much for this place. First they don't deliver your packages while you're at home, forcing you to pick them up here despite you live on the other side of the city. Second there's only one employee serving a line of ~20 customers. Your wait time is at least 30 min. And if that one employee's out helping you find your package they won't return for another 5-10 min. HUGE waste of time for everybody.

My wife had multiple problems here getting a new passport, worst of which was a total rejection by the State Dept. Attempts to communicate were futile. She finally went to the Madison Post Office with all her paperwork and the woman clerk(sorry didn't get her name) went to great lengths, with great patience to properly complete my wife's application process.

In a matter of less than a month and a half the USPS carriers out of this facility messed up on delivering 2 pieces of certified mail. The first mail piece I did receive the envelope but discovered the green return receipt card was still attached to the envelope. The carrier never had me sign for receipt of the certified mail nor did the carrier scan the bar code that the mail piece was delivered. I'm sure the sender would not have appreciated the USPS carrier messing up on something as simple as having the recipient signing the green Certified Return Receipt card and the carrier scanning the bar code. The 2nd certified mail piece I was the sender. I mailed the envelope priority mail,and Certified return receipt requested to a local address, only to have the mail piece returned to me. USPS explanation “because it could not be delivered as addressed.”, There is nothing wrong with how it was addressed, the address on the envelope is valid and correct. Folks, this is what corrupt 3rd world banana republics mail services look like. This is not the first time I have had problems with this post office. Total incompetence.

Customer service sucks, this people not only hate their job, but their life and everybody who cross that door. I don’t know if they need therapy or just a lesson of who to be at least professionals and efficient, they are horrible slow. Maybe hired new generations and change all the employees.

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes in line with few people ahead of me just to get a book of stamps. Clerks had zero communication with people in line. Eventually one clerk (lady) just left somewhere without saying a word. Finally I gave up and walked away! I don’t have all day. One other person left slo g with me saying bad comments as well. .

I personally dropped a package off at their indoor secure drop off receptacle. The package was an overnight delivery, however it just disappeared. There was no acceptance scan or any other type of movement of the tracking whatsoever. One thing when somebody steals a package out of somebody's mailbox it's something else entirely when its the employees that work at the facility who are taking the packages themselves. There is no other way the package would have just disappeared from inside their facility unless it was an employee. Postal Inspector has been notified.

This place is even slower than DMV which impressed me a lot. All customers but 0 staff in the counter for 20min.

The staff puts in the effort in spite of abusive management and unrealistic expectations of what any single carrier can accomplish within 8 hours. If you are leaving bottled water out for them during the summer months- freeze it, they'll have cold water as it melts.
