UPS is the worst! It says it delivered a package to my home an hour ago but it did not! We have been home. The UPS truck has not even been on our street. I paid a lot of money to have something overnighted but it is not here. There is no way to get in touch and speak with a human being. All they say is to file a claim! That does me no good whatsoever!

I missed a delivery and was told by a virtual assistant to come to this location to pick up my package from the Customer Center. Upon my arrival, the Customer Center was closed. I was able to get assistance from a UPS driver, and he directed me to Tyler. Tyler was a great help in assisting me with picking up my package. Thank you so much, Tyler, for taking the time to help me pick up my package from the Customer Center.

Tiffany was the only saving grace. My phone was dying, the new one was supposed to be delivered on the 27th. They apparently required a signature for delivery, but would only swing by without warning during the day at times they were misreporting (did you really try a delivery at 12:43 AM?) when I and my wife work. I can’t just sit at home all day waiting for you. They left no infonotice, and then when I called to try and work out delivery when I got home the day before I’m going o it of town, the customer service individuals I spoke with over the phone seemed hard-wired not to hear a word I was saying. After wasting an hour of my time (it was almost 6PM at this point) they kept suggesting that I pick up at a location the next day which I had already explained was not an option. At this point the delivery driver was almost back to the distribution center. I had to drive there myself and get the package, and naturally the claim by the location via tracking says they dropped off at residence. No, no you really didn’t. I did that part for you. Garbage performance on the entire enterprise outside of that one on-site service rep. She was a five-star performer stuck working for a one-star company. That’s the only reason it’s a two-star review and not one.Don’t bother responding, I’m not trying to hear it and don’t care.EDIT: Downgrading to 1 star for your dog-water, canned response. Read the comment and process it, don’t copy and paste.

Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars for this facility. Not UPS customer service they are worse than Xfinity. The supervisor of the facility was outside and I knew my package was there sitting due to moving from the old house. I walked up and ask him if he could help me. He went over and beyond to get my package to me. I am so thankful I went out of my way and asked for help even when the customer care center was close.UPS facility lost my package and the supervisor never called me back that was suppose to contact me !

I will no longer use any merchant that offers only UPS. Sorry Amazon but you don't offer options.I've been in the same place for 10 years and UPS consistently delivers my items to the same other house in my neighborhood. Usually at least once a month. That "neighbor" usually tries to steal the package. It's always UPS no other carrier.

Had a package stolen by one of their employees. No picture to show they dropped a delivery of alcohol off. No signature for alcohol. Customer service rep said it was basically not their problem. Completely disgusting customer service.

Never got a knock on my door and now I have to wait until Monday for a package I needed yesterday. This is a ridiculous and awful structure.

Why is it that FedEx and USPS deliver to my house but UPS drops off my packages next to my mailbox? My mailbox is a quarter mile away from my house and on a different road. I have complained by phone on three different occasions. I have also complained to customer service and they suggested to put special instructions to deliver to the house. Why should that be "special instructions" isn't delivering to the house their job?

Called because they updated my address to a “valid” address that wasn’t an address at all, so my packaged was being withheld. They told me I couldn’t update my address because it would involve changing my zip code (which they changed themselves) and that I would have to pick up my package from the center instead. The centers have limited hours and when I went to the one told to me by UPS, it was closed even though they were open online. They had a piece of paper on the door saying they would be closed instead of updating it online, even though the center is way out of anyone’s way.

absolute hot dog water. drivers are supposed to notify you when they attempt to deliver, never got a call, never got a notice, no email, nothing. Now they charge you a fee to drive 2 hours to pick up your package, that they failed to give the slightest effort on. all i can describe them as is, hot dog water.
