The UPS store in Charlottesville is a joke!!!! First of all my Amazon package was lost and when you call the get info on when it will be delivered they give you to a robot to help which is not helpful at all! Then when you call there direct line to speak to someone they never answer or call you back I have called and left 3 voice mails just today! And still nothing I still havent gotten my package which Amazon should let you choose who delivers your package because if they did I would NEVER choose UPS!? Terrible customer service they need to be shut down

The UPS rep was extremely polite, helpful and very pleasant to work with. This is one of the best UPS stores I have worked with.

Beware of this UPS store. We took a return Amazon box in and the store attendant refused to take it, stating it was not in its original box. It was and had the old labels on it. He still refused. We took it to the Culpeper UPS store and they immediately took it with no questions.
Very unprofessional service at the Charlottesville UPS store.

Needed a problem fixed with a package ASAP. Called no less than 6 times a day for three days, leaving numerous voicemails. Store NEVER picked up the phone causing additional problems with my delivery.
1/5: never answers the phone

They delivered my package to a wrong address (just show office, which office???) I provided the exact right address but they did not know it????? My important identification material and totally 15lb other things are in my package but they only return $100 to me??? Are you kidding?? I called ups they told me I should contact ups store where I drop off my package. But the staff in this store told me I should contact ups! So what should I do???? How can I find my package and who I should contact with???
