Am staff member, fantastic selection. It is hard work designing and ordering to stock this store, but they do it well! Very creative!Staff in the store have always been friendly and helpful… they represent the University well. I love stopping in to see what’s new, even if I don’t buy anything. Pricey, as you might expect in a gift shop.

I'm a current student at UVA. I ordered a hoodie from the UVA bookstore website and left a voicemail because I had a few questions about my shipment. The customer representative was incredibly rude and kept sighing on the other end. I understand that the hoodie is sent from a different company but I paid for accelerated UPS ground shipping which is marked for delivery in 3-5 days. Apparently, I wasted my money paying for accelerated shipping because the rep said it will take 2-3 weeks regardless. I just had a few questions such as: do you know of any updates on my item, my item is marked as "shipped" on your website but I'm confused as to why it hasn't arrived yet, is there a way for me to contact the company so that I can get a status update? And the lady on the phone was incredibly rude even though I wasn't trying to argue with her or fight her at all. I am very disappointed in UVA bookstore.

Love the UVA bookstore. Have to stop in any and every time we are in Charlottesville. Best assortment of fan gear and branded items around. The hat selection is extensive. I wish they carried more big and tall items.

Just went in to replace the stickers on my car. Amazingly well organized and quiet considering how early in the semester this visit falls; great Wahoo fan materials & clothing as well as books.

Nice bookstore with a good selection of faculty publications, local books, merch, and snackies. Pens galore and blank books for those of you old school writers. Deffo the stop before UVA adventure time, or chill in the library.
