I wanted to give a huge thank you to Chase and team who helped me and my daughter. We happened to get a flat tire in the Walmart parking lot. After contacting a couple of other places with no success, the Subaru team was there to assist. Chase found a nail in the tire and successfully plugged it. Most importantly I had a 10 hour drive back to Canada after dropping my daughter off at UVA so was extremely grateful to make it home safely. Big shout out to the Subaru team - everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. I'll be sure to share my experience with friends and family. Thank you again ?

Great customer service!! Terriana was very patient and kind through the whole process, including her finance team who did a good job of walking me through every piece of final paperwork. I have been in the market for a Subaru since two years ago, but I finally made the decision this past weekend to purchase a 2024 CrossTrek! Highly recommend!!

Mechanical work very satisfactory, employees very helpful. My main complaint is acquiring the loaner car. On the phone beforehand, I was told it would take about 15 minutes. It took 1hr 10 minutes because I waited for 55 minutes to be helped.

The service department seems to have had an upgrade. One of the "service writers"-I think they are called -Named Vicki is outstanding. She guides you through the process and answers all your questions. My problem which I have asked the sales department, written a letter with a gas /mileage log (covering about 12 months) as I was instructed and spoke with someone who said he was in customer service- is that I have a 2022 Crosstrek-It is a perfect car for me but it gets about 12 miles per gallon. I brought this up every few months since I received the car and I was given different instructions-which I followed each time. Let me know who I can talk with about repair or replace-I would like to lease (I lease cars)a new one as this has cost me significant cash

This review is for the service department of the dealership. I had to have some costly transmission work done and every person I dealt with at in the service department cared about customer service. I want to specifically call out Gail, Cooper, Alana and Breanna. They all provided exceptional customer service, they were professional, personable, and caring. It's hard to find genuinely good people who have strong work ethic, and they all have got it. What a great team. Thanks again for the great experience!

I wish I bought my Subaru through here! The service mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful! They've shown more interest taking care of my Subaru AND me than the dealership I bought through. I can't say thank you enough to everyone that works on that side of the store, including the ones putting up with me calling all the time to check on my Subaru.
Most positive experience I've ever had with a large dealership! Thank you Juan and all the employees in the service dept!!
