My HR-V was very well looked after here. I had a flat tire when I was down on the peninsula, and took it to NTB to get patched. Driving back to CVille, the second I got on I 64 and started to hit 70mph, my car started shaking...I'll save you the long story--the point is, I'm glad there's a Honda service center down the road from us. Ernest was very helpful, honest, and super transparent. He tried to make sure he knew what the problem was before the vehicle was taken to be checked out. There was also another service advisor who tried to help troubleshoot with him, too. Suggestive servicing to prolong the life of the car (as we've just moved to the area,) was not pushed on us, but recommended, with logical reasoning behind the recommendations.Flow Honda is a lot smaller than the other other dealerships we've been to, in that there are less amenities in the waiting area etc., but I would much rather somewhere local that is more customer focused, than having a nail bar and bougie massage chairs sweetening me up for the damage that will incur to my bank account.Ernest went above and beyond and was really conscious of our time and came back to say it's going to take longer than a normal maintenance issue, keeping us posted throughout. A 4.5 rounded up; we'll definitely come back here.

When our vehicle broke down while on vacation and needed to be towed to Flow, we were obviously stressed, but the staff was friendly and communicated very well throughout the process of fixing the issue with our vehicle. Flow was understanding and allowed us to keep our vehicle there for two additional days until we could make the trip back down to Virginia to pick it up. Thank you!

I am recently new to the area and have been nervous about bringing in my 2014 Van for its 90K check up because the dealership is 40 minutes away and my last dealership was 5 minutes away with shuttle service. I brought it in (with the intention of waiting) but I mentioned that I wanted my Serpentine belt replaced and he said that would take an additional amount of time. It must of been my lucky day cause Kenny Taylor, the service tech provided me with a 2023 Pilot Loaner with only 1300 miles; it still had the sticker on it! I could not believe it, had the car for two days and enjoyed every mile of it!!! It was a pleasure working with Kenny Taylor, he was not only professional but he was personable and there was zero hard sell to get any work done to my car. Also the young man who took my car and brought my car back (sorry I did not catch your name) was extremely polite as well. I give this dealership an A+ (especially since they provided me with a loaner) though I can’t imagine they can do that all the time.

Flow Honda provided excellent service with purchase of new vehicle. Great price and help in all aspects of the sale. Nikki was especially wonderful in explaining the vehicles features and making sure everything was ready upon my arrival. If you are in the market for a car, Nikki and the staff at Flow Honda are there to help make it easy. I was looking for a specific model and color and tried many Honda dealers. Nikki and the people at Flow Honda were miles ahead of the rest!

Upfront, affordable price, great service. My vehicle was delivered to me for a very very small fee and signed the papers when they delivered it. I live a good bit away so I was able to deal everything online and over the phone. Easy process with trade in. And I 1 million% recommend the "First Place Finish" that they put on the vehicle (inside and out). Even water just beads up when spilled on the cloth interior. Love it! Love my new Pilot too! Thanks yall!

I had an appointment for an update on the Emissions recall for my Honda hybrid. On the phone I was told to arrive at appointment time and the problem would take 10-15 minutes to fix .Arriving at the appointment time I was told that I either drop off my car or wait up to an hour for it to be done .What is the point of having a scheduled appointment then? I was told at the service desk that the time is just a guarantee for the day but itself doesn’t mean much.I brought myself back to this dealership after 11 years - many ownerships have changed but the customer experience has not

Very dissatisfied with recent service center visit. I brought my car for a routine maintenance appointment, but the entire experience was marred by a severe lack of communication from the staff and unprofessionalism. My appointment was at 4:30 pm, and I told the staff I would be waiting and asked to be notified when the service was done. Despite clarifying that I will be waiting and confirming my phone number for contact, I received no communication until I had to call to check up on the status. By then, my car was already done and waiting to be picked up. When I called to confirm, the demeanor of the staff I interacted on the phone was dismissive, and it felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. When asked if I could pick up my car (since it was ready), the staff responded with "if you can come by 6:00pm." It was almost 5:50pm when I called for an update. No quality customer service was provided, and I was overall very disappointed in how this Honda center treats their customers.

Drove up and found, Robert, a service person, on his break and asked him to help reset the radio on our newly purchased used low mileage 2009 Honda. Robert was gracious, helpful and figured out how to do it and then offered to reset the clock too. So gracious and helpful - so grateful for solving our problem. Thanks

This experience was 10 stars if I could make it one! Robert took his time explaining the differences between multiple models and didn't pressure me at all. Ultimately I made the decision to buy the Passport and even after I signed the paperwork he has been there to answer questions about all the technology in the car and make sure I am comfortable. We will be back to see Robert when my wife's lease is up on her car!

Robert Tucker was awesome with the sale of my vehicle. I went in looking for a vehicle at their NC dealership, and he managed to find me one locally. The vehicle I decided to purchase needed some body work, and Robert assured me this would happen and it would look as good as new. He kept me updated everyday with the progress and was ready to go when I came to pick the vehicle up. He was a down to Earth guy who is extremely patient! Thanks so much for your help, Robert!
