They proactively reached out to me right after my insurance evaluated the damage. When I brought my car in, they refused to let me Uber... they drove me to work. They were efficient and got everything done faster than originally anticipated. And EVERY employee I came in contact with was so friendly. So many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks to the healthy culture of their business.They did a great job on my car, and even washed her before returning her to me.I hope not to need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely use Taylor's again should I need that sort of assistance.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Thanks to University Tire for the prompt attention to my problem - a flat tire that I hoped could quickly be repaired or replaced, even though it was late in the day when I arrived. The manager explained that his Technicians were busy, but he took the damaged tire, found the hole, plugged it and put it on the car, taking off the spare and replacing it into the storage. When I asked "how much?", he kindly said, "No Charge!". Will I go back to University Tire? Will I recommend them to my friends? You can bet on it!”
