Really pleased with the quality of the wash and the value of the wash club. The customer service is really, really excellent and I've never had a bad experience here. I also really appreciate how easy it is to pause or cancel your membership online if needed. The vacuums work well and they keep the cleaning towels/sprays well stocked. The wash itself is very effective, even the lowest level.

Always in and out. Some of the vacuums don’t work as well as the others . I think the middle ones if I’m not mistaken.

This place is a rip off hard to cancel membership and did so several months ago. Would not reimburse me for those extra months. Additionally, I spoke to the car wash attendant who said that I did not even have an account so I paid for that wash individually. Customer support is lacking and long wait times on telephone.

I never get to use my membership. They are either closed for maintenance (at least 5 times now) or the line is so long the wait is onerous.

This is the worst car wash I've experienced. I have been twice.Never any cleaning items for inside if car.only windex.3 bottles are you kidding me.The kids that direct you in need some serious training.They just wave you on never looking to see if your in the track or not.so frustrated with them.

I attempted to cancel my subscription and continued to be charged for 3 months. I didn’t get an email confirmation, so that’s my fault for not checking, but at one point, I had forgotten that I canceled, and went to get a wash, and the tag wasn’t working so why would I assume that the service wasn’t cancelled?I called customer support, and she said there’s nothing she could do. I asked if she could see the last time that I used the service (February and this is now May). I explained the situation before and her only response was, “Do you have an email?” (Again, I should’ve checked for a confirmation, but…. My tag wasn’t working so again why would I assume I was still paying for this??)At the end of the call, I asked if there was anyone I could talk to that could help me fix this. She just said no. That was the end of it, so I disputed the charges with my credit card company, got reimbursed, and left this review. Terrible experience, but the car wash itself is great, so it’s a shame.Oh, but don’t worry because I can keep using it for the rest of the month! But again my tag doesn’t work… a fairly asinine interaction and really unfortunate.

Paid 26$ for a wash I could’ve done with my hose. Streak marks. marks from their stuff. Scratchs from whatever they use. All the Bugs still there. Car doesn’t even look like it was cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know if they even use filtered water. Very dissappointed. Worst car wash I have ever had

Site leader was awesome, my car came out squeaky clean, and the staff was super friendly to me and my mom. What more could you want from a car wash. 10/10

The tunnel took my car from yellow-pollen yuk to shiny blue! Sadly there were no towels for cleaning inside and no staff to bring more.
