Bill Curtis and his team at Tastings have consistently delivered on high quality take home food during Covid. A creative and interesting menu.
Wine Shop,Wine Bar, Full Service Restaurant with over 50 red and 50 white wines by the half glass and glass. The Wine Shop is the Restaurant Wine List. Regular Retail price plus $7 fee to cover the cost of glassware etc. makes the wine amongst the best bargain by the bottle for a restaurant.
Fresh Seafood of the highest quality(I owned a Seafood Mkt in the 70s.) from Lobster Bisque to Paella to Crab & Lobster Louis, CAB and Local Steaks from the Wood Grill ,other Viands like Mengalitsa Pork, Texas Venison & Wild Boar,Moulard Duck Leg Confit ,Cassoulet Fresh Only Wild Mushrooms-Morels,Chanterelles
,Porcini.
All sauteeing is in Pure Butter or EV Olive Oil
