Whoever planned this store missed the target by a mile. Several miles in fact. The store is enough out of the way to make it a total inconvenience to shop here. Not only that, but it is the ONLY Target I’ve ever seen that has a 9pm closing time. Even Waynesboro’s Target has a 10pm closing time and Charlottesville has triple the population. I will never understand that.
I know you can’t move the store but for the love of god, change your hours.
Otherwise, it is a Target, so it’s good.

Yeah I worked here and during my training my husband was literally a victim of a shooting and management and HR was disgusting about me calling out of THREE SHIFTS to care for my husband and his THREE LITERAL BULLET WOUNDS and basically said if I called out again I was fired leaving me without a job while my husband was recovering and also unable to work. So just keep that in mind that’s how they treat people who work for them.

I love shopping at the Target store in Charlottesville, but the women department it's awful now. You don't no how to navigate around. It's not appealing like it was before.

Limited the ability to use self-checkout but didn’t increase the number of associates at registers. This will encourage customers to shop online whenever possible.

My wife wanted to try on some clothes, and the worker at the fitting rooms wouldn’t let me go in with her. The worker was very rude about it too.

Bad and rude customer service. Not willing to solve your issue. Went to return an item and it was a couple days out return window. Was told it was not their problem.

Our favorite "all purpose" shopping store. Not a grocery, not a clothing, not a furniture, and not an electronics store, but a nice combination of them all. A rung up the ladder from other "discount department stores!
