I went to this store because I had problems with my phone and the person who help me was kenyatta. she was very helpful and nice.and had a smile on her face the hole time the customer service at this store was fantastic.

Good customer service still exists!!! After a horrendous encounter at the T-Mobile on 5th Street we had a phone that didn’t work and they threatened that if we came back there we would be trespassing! Thank God for Aaron at the T-Mobile location at Fashion Square Mall he was understanding, empathetic and patient. Unfortunately there was a widespread issue going on and it took over 2 hours to get the phone updated but he was kind and pleasant to my children and made sure the phone was working when they left. He is a 10/10 employee and we are forever grateful to him for fixing a problem he didn’t create and restoring my faith in the T-Mobile brand.

I drove all the way to Charlottesville from Ruckersville so that I could possibly get stuff done for my account. Why is it the sign on the door says open until 7:00 p.m. but yet at 5:35 p.m. the doors are locked and nobody's answering the phones.... Poor poor poor service. This isn't the first time either

T-Mobile will sell you great ideas but deliver a constant load of torture. I changed my plan after another cyber/ API attack. I bought the home internet and after a week I see that my auto pay bill has gone up significantly when I was told it would go down. I have spent uncountable hours in contact with them. They have issues allowing access to the privacy dashboard, billing errors, cell based privacy problems, my personal log in credentials keep getting removed, and they will not correct all of these errors. This is ridiculous. Apparently, funding coming from other sources is more valuable than what their customers pay individually.

This store is not part of the corporate T Mobile company and is independently owned so if you make a purchase here beware that there is nothing that customer service can do to fix things. I was told that I would be getting a charger, case, and screen protector as part of a “bundle deal” on the phone I purchased. Instead, they financed these accessories that didn’t show up on my bill until (conveniently) the day after the return period ended. They also did not tell me I needed to pay off my old phone or offer to trade in for it so I now have two phones on my bill. When I called customer service they told me the only people who could help me worked at that specific store since it is a retail store.When I went back, I was informed by Rachel that “that’s how my boss tells us to sell it” which is a scam as customers shouldn’t be told they are getting something for free and then finding out the next month they are actually financing these things. I asked to speak to this boss and another team member, Dylan, was incredibly rude so I called customer service and had them listen to the remainder of our conversation on speaker phone before leaving so that this encounter was documented. Despite trying three different avenues to fix my phone bill, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who actually has the ability to work with me on fixing my complaint and am still awaiting this boss’s call back to discuss the service her store is giving to current T Mobile customers.

I went into the store to get my sim card switched from my old galaxy to my new iPhone and the guy was very rude. I have social anxiety so it's not easy for me to go out and I'll never go beck to that one sadly

I went to the store that located in the Fashion Square Mall in order to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I had a very good experience with the help of the store manager Maryam and the associate Rachel. They were very helpful, organized, knowledgeable, and Maryam especially tried her best to help us get the best plan. She’s very respectful, friendly, and knows exactly what to do in order to satisfy our experience. My family and I were so happy and thankful for the best experience and the best price of all times. Thank you ☺️

Visited several t mobile stores but... I drive from Barboursville to the mall in Charlottesville to visit your staff. Why u may ask? Because it is the ONLY store that your staff is FRIENDLY knowledgeable and willing to help. Acknowledge them..and thank you from a customer for more than 5 years.

I had 2 workers from the Charlottesville mall location come into the business I work in sit at my table for at least a hour & stiff me! The worst!! omg no class!! Your tipping is like your service HORRIBLE!! Embarrassing you both should be ashamed of yourselves! If you can't afford to tip don't come back. Ty in advance.

They played me at this store..they told me if i switch from Verizon to Tmobile i would get a $130 bill.. and all was a lie..im getting a $216 bill now.. STAY WHERE U ARE..DONT SWITCH TO TMOBILE
