This has to be the best Pawn shop I have been to. The employees make you feel at home and are always pleasant, I have been to other pawn shops in the area and hands down they are more inviting and pleasant than the rest. Come and check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give 5 stars. Unfortunately there are no solid guidelines to what you can pawn and every employee says something different. Since management changed to the guy who’s always eating lunch in the back room (the guy with the red shirt) the pawn shop has gone down hill and the selection is dry! They constantly have the same merchandise and their employees become less knowledgeable every time I go in there. My most recent experience, I went in to pawn my Switch, I had the incorrect charger. I was told by the lady helping me that if I had the right charger I could get more money for the switch. I informed her I probably had the correct charger at home and would come in the next day. The lady helping me told me and my husband to come in the next day with the charger and we could get more of what it’s worth. We also informed her that we are moving and are looking to pawn or sell more items. She specifically told us to bring in our desktop, old instruments and any electronics we no longer needed. We went in the next day. We were told that I could not pawn the charger and that they would not accept the other items. Fine, you won’t accept the other items BUT your employee gave me instructions, I followed them and then I was turned away the next day when I brought the charger. Unfortunately, this will be my last time at this pawn shop. I’ve been going here for quite some time but due to my recent interaction, which was untruthful and rude, I will no longer be coming to this pawn shop. Luckily there are BETTER pawnshops in Cville that’ll give you a better bang for your buck.

Was very nice helped me held a item I been after for years til I could pay for it so nobody else would get it thank you all so much 20 stars to u if I could lol keep up the great customer service it's what makes or breaks a business thanks for my ps5 for the great great low price and its like new couldn't vw happier

Snookys pawn took really good care of me. I went to Tobey's for a pawn where they offered me an insultingly unfair price that was below what I was needing. I went to to Snookys to pawn the same item. Not only did they give me what I was asking for it they doubled it, taking care of my personal needs with a smile on their face. Anazing customer service will be a returning customer for anything I need from the pawn scene.

I buy stuff from this shop all the time! They always have a solid selection of tools and tvs for the right prices. Chris, Joseph and Tammy are super knowledgeable and rvery pleasant to do business with. They are very fair people and deserve the support

Went into the store today and they were super helpful! Workers were great! Had all kinds of great products and wonderful selection of TVs. Even had new game systems! 100% recommend stopping by.

The staff is top notch. Chris Joey and Tonya are always nice. I’m a frequent flyer and refuse to take my products anywhere else. Definitely recommend Snookys pawn on the downtown mall in chilled.
