Their caring and patient service was really lovely when we were caring for my mom. I went in a couple of times and the two associates working were so kind when I was so very overwhelmed and emotional. When you are dealing with the illness and care for a loved one the little things really stuck out to me.

Beware. No signs posted, but it’s on your receipt- no returns because Covid! Is that still a thing? Unopened cushion still in original package and had receipt. Tried to return a day later. This place sucks big time!!!!Do not shop here!!!! Go to All Blessings Flow

They'll sell you what's in the store even if it doesn't meet the requirements of what was prescribed, and then they do not take returns or exchanges. If this irritates you and you express your displeasure they ask you to leave. I was a repeat customer but will never return to this store. Unfriendly people. They haven't learned how much harder it is to get a new customer versus keeping an existing customer.

Ordered and paid up front for an item that wasn’t in stock for a client of mine. Paid 9/23/2022 and still haven’t received item ( today is 12/9/2022) Have called multiple times to check and have received zero answers . Last time calling was two weeks ago and they stated they would “check up and return our call” never happened. Have disputed the charges on their credit card. Would never purchase an item from here again ! As someone in the healthcare field it’s a shame I can not refer future clients to this company. Horrible customer service.

I had to rent a transport chair for a week after a major surgery, and the hospital did not have an option for this. I live in a large apartment building, and I wouldn’t have been able to get around without it. When I called to ask about renting one, the woman I spoke with was extremely kind and very informative. I was able to reserve a chair and pay in advance, and pick it up a few days later. I had a post-op emergency that landed me in the ER, and I called the day I was scheduled to return it, frantic about being late. They were very understanding, and allowed me to rent it for another week. My fiancé was supposed to return our chair, and completely spaced. The next morning they called to ask about it and I profusely apologized, with the week we had it didn’t occur to either of us that we had to bring it back the prior day. They were again completely understanding, and allowed us to bring it that afternoon. No charge, no late fee, while anywhere else would have charged us immediately for another week.It’s rare to find a shop that deals in compassion and care along with quality products and service. Please take your business here, you won’t regret it.Thank you all so much. I’ll be back in the future!

Son in law bought sentra ec heavy duty weelchair for my wife. You could not push it because there was too much weight on the front weels. I tried and the nurses at the doctors office tried. Didn't want to refund my money. Would work to extange it, but they didnt have any others. My recommendation is, don't buy it till you try it.

I am so pleased with the customer service and the kindness of the staff. It was so thoughtful of them to allow me to come in right at closing time to purchase an item my mom needed. I would recommend Simple Comforts Home Medical to anyone who needs supplies.

Went in today looking for a replacement seat cover for a 92-year-old ladies wheelchair..They told me that they didn't sell that particular brand but could probably order one. She said let me check in the back because I think I may have one in spare parts that looks like it would fit the description of your chair. She gave it to me free and said just bring it back if it doesn't fit. It did! Thanks Tom

Went in with little to no knowledge about incontinence supplies, and staff took the time to work with me and make sure I not only left with what I needed, but with the knowledge to make an informed decision. Can't recommend them enough if you or someone you love needs just a bit more help to get through the day
