I do not feel she is warm and friendly and many times I have walked past this store and not gone in when I see her there, she comes across cold and better than others. My guess is other customers feel this way. Bobbi with the beautiful black hair is really nice and friendly, she always makes customers feel great along with the rest of the staff.”

“The staff are always very friendly! I had to make a return for a pair of jeans that were a size too small and Jacob was really helpful. When he couldn't find my size in store he went ahead and shipped them to my apartment for no extra fee. I'm not a huge shopper, but I make an exception for Madewell not only because their clothes are my fav but also because the staff are so nice :)”
