“I just want to make sure that anyone reading this understands that it was not, nor would it ever be, Denise, the personal working behind the counter.I actually heard about this upsetting situation from someone whom witnessed it & the upsetting experience was that there were those in line waiting that were impatient & aggravated.Which is of course so humiliating & a very sad state of civilization we find ourselves living in/under.Now… the folks in line may have had an awful day and maybe were unaware of the pain they caused to your mother (at least I wish that was the case); but it might just be plain old cruelty & impatience from those waiting in a line for their turn.I am in NO way excusing such mean speaking or lack of compassion but it’s so essential that everyone knows that the woman whom is there most days; would never ever (for very personal reasons even) make fun of someone struggling to communicate. And in fact even though she may have had a lot of pressure on her to move as fast as the woman whom was having w challenging time/communicating; I am certain it ssd not Denise/the woman taking care of the customers needs whom was hurtful or making fun of the woman struggling.I feel so strongly that I want the daughter whom is reading this to know that the working woman there is a completely capable & extremely kind person.If anything; I can imagine she went out of her way to make sure your mother felt respected, & also assuredly went above and beyond her needs to attend to your mothers needs..I have been in the position of your mother (not at the store) but in my life and it’s really so upsetting and influences how we feel about our future even.I just wanted to clarify that Denise is an exceptional and wonderful person .She has made my life so much better because I can count on her abilities that I am awed by.She has so many responsibilities to handle at once with pickups from UPS and Fed Ex mixed in with all the key codes & finding the least expensive way to send any package or envelope.I am always expecting she will run out or steam but she does not and I’m staying with mailbox express as long as denise is in charge when she works there.It’s appalling that people sometimes really forget the intense impact that they have and hurt another/others.I just wanted to assure you i it was not Denise and she was upset by witnessing this cruelty too. I hope you will consider the potential of my understanding since she is such a kind, Intelligent & thoughtful person.I was so upset when I saw how upset she was and how she couldn’t make it understood that she was not in anyway rushing your mother or making fun of Her.Now I have to get an hour of sleep before my overnight delivery arrives.I write this to clear up any misunderstandings because she/Denise is such a kind person & i for one; would be very disadvantaged if she was not my ‘go to’ contact person .There is a little or big fan club of denise out in the world of those whom know her from the store.I hope you will reevaluate the input I shared and consider that you may have just been momentsrily consumed by humiliation and it not always easy to know where such feelings are being Aimed from/./at.I feel so grateful for willingness to help me and oftenGo above and beyond the call or duty because she is built this way.Sincerely,Tammy - a happy and relieved customer . “I just recently found this place, and I am so glad it's there.It's a lot more convenient that having to go to the post office, as they are a 5 minute walk from me.They have everything you could need related to shopping or mail, and they have always been very helpful.I saw another reviewer mention there were always lines or lengthy waiting periods. Personally, once there was a few people, once there was one person ahead of me, and the other couple times it was just me. But, that's just been my personal experience.”

“Brad at the Package Depot was just phenomenal! He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire shipping process. The item I had him pack and ship out to me was a very intricate and complicated piece of scientific equipment. It needed to be partially disassembled to be packed properly and he took pictures of that whole process. I received these packages (it took 2) and they were packed incredibly well. Thank you Package Depot!!! I will absolutely be using their services again. I have added pictures show the piece of equipment I had them ship.”

“I had to ship a letter pouch to a friend in PEI, Canada. After checking with UPS, USPS, and FedEx, I went here and used their DHL international delivery.The employees were very friendly and courteous, and came up with the best solution to my problem.I will use them again.”

“I was completely WOWED by the customer service I received from Ashana Shakya (in the printing department) to the point I asked for her card. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish, had several great/clever suggestions on how I could do what I wanted and then got it done quickly. All with a very pleasant, calm demeanor. It was evident she knew her job inside and out and easily helped another employee without missing a beat. I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.”

“Christina in the Barracks Road location is awesome! It was the first time I came to FedEx for printing and also the first time I had to print a banner. It was advertising for a big event for my church. Christina was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so helpful. She really made the process so much easier. Not to mention that it was completed in a day. And when I came to pick it up, the banner looked great! “I had the best experience working with Mo in the Printing Center reprinting my Sister's wedding seating chart at the last minute. Mo completely redeemed a bad experience I had at the Staples on Preston the week before and took so much stress out of my day. There was a small mark on the poster when I came to pick it up, and Mo let me resend a different version of the document since I had made a mistake with the coloring in the first version anyway. They explained all my options, redid it, and had my new copy ready in less than 30 minutes, while also helping 4-5 other customers simultaneously. They were SO patient with all of these customers even though they were the only working! THANK YOU MO!!!”

“Literally the most painless shipping experience I’ve ever had. I thought that I was in the wrong place because there was only one car in the parking lot in front of the building. Turns out it is just a hidden gem! The woman working the counter was patient and kind and made sure I was all taken care of! Will definitely be back.”

“The line moves quickly, and Samantha who works there, is an absolute gift of a person! We arrived with our haphazardly prepared giant box with a need to ship on a budget. She helped us navigate the sea of UPS options till we found a way to ship that fit us. All while handling the vast number of other customers efficiently and with a smile :)Sometimes, if not all the time, a single person can make a huge difference!During our time there we noticed all the other staff were similarly kind to us and efficient with others.Don’t jump to first impressions! Yes, the parking area here is absurdly small, stressful and generally sort of useless as it’s always full. Yes, there is occasionally a giant line when you open the door.”

“Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars for this facility. Not UPS customer service they are worse than Xfinity. The supervisor of the facility was outside and I knew my package was there sitting due to moving from the old house. I walked up and ask him if he could help me. He went over and beyond to get my package to me. I am so thankful I went out of my way and asked for help even when the customer care center was close.UPS facility lost my package and the supervisor never called me back that was suppose to contact me !”
