This place claims to use Kroger fuel points. But, in fact, it does not.Upate: as suggested I called Kroger customer service and reported the problem. They say they will investigate the problem at the stations.

They will not answer you on the phone. Rudely hang up or put you on hold with out even saying please hold. Will find the manager and let them know!

The cashiers spend more time on their phones Texting, talking, and browsing Hulu while ringing up customers. This has happened multiple times. I will be going to another gas station in the future.

A place with bad customer service... I used to go there pretty much all the time to buy stuffs.. since 2013... But I will not go there anymore because the employee got an attitude.. she doesn’t know how to treat customers. A employee with that kind of attitude will not run the store but will RUIN. I will suggest Not to go there to anyone. It’s not a good place to go to get stuffs.

A standard Shell gas station right off of Route 29 on the side heading into Charlottesville. It didn't stand out to me in any particular way either positively or negatively, being your standard slightly run-down gas station branch with a few pumps and a store area. Perhaps the only thing that stands out is that the building design of the store area is a bit aesthetically pleasing, looking more like a house than the typically more small warehouse-like feel a lot of regular gas station stores have.

They accept your Kroger loyalty card to shave off some change from your fuel costs. That's always helpful!
