Supposedly this company accepts Kroger Fuel Points. Would not take mine. They claimed that had to be done inside. But did not work at the pump or inside at the cash register.

I stayed in the truck so I can't remark on the interior/service, but I thought the outside was great. And, I liked that the price was 3.33. LOL Not because it is necessarily a good price (I am a passenger, don't even own a car so I really don't know gas prices ??♀️), but the 333. LOL

I was stranded on the side of the road with need of oil. Single Mom with my special needs son, 100 miles from home. Asked if they had oil. I had walked a half mile to the establishment. The owner and service person did not even offer to help me . They had none . I had to walk another .8 tenths of a mile to a 7 elven after calling them to have them help me. This owner should be ashamed ofhimself not helping a woman in distress. Not even aN offer to call around.

Horrendously slow pumps. I mean. Really. It should not take 15 minutes to fill up a sedan’s tank. One of the pumps is also broken and does not shut off leading to dangerous spills. This place needs to be inspected and repaired, and if not, then shut down.

Today I walked into this gas station and then walked out after three of their workers either didn't have masks on or were wearing them incorrectly. When asked what their store policy was they said they can't make people wear them. I will never give them my business again.

Customer Service is the Best..Bathroom's Stocked and Clean..Fuel Prices are good they now have Diesel fuel at $.2.49 a gallon.

I regret every time I find myself in such an unfortunate situation that I have to stop here for gas. I've never experienced gas pumps as slow as these ones. It's nothing short of a tragedy.

This is the absolute worst place to get gas in Charlottesville. First, it takes forever to get the pump to start, because it keeps trying to get you to sign up for the rewards program and even if you say no, it won't let you pump and you have to hang the pump back up and try again. Then when it finally does start it takes literally 4x as long to pump as most places. The store inside is nice, but don't go here for gas.
