After pumping gas, at 3pm, the bathrooms were closed.

Arrived at 1150pm to find the beer cooler locked. I politely asked the attendant to open it since there were 10 minutes left to legally sell alcohol. He replied that he'd already locked it and has locked it at 1150 for 20 years and could lock it at 2pm if he wanted to. Couple things to note here: 1) Virginia law allows alcohol to be sold until midnight; 2) as such, you're costing your store profit; 3) if you want to make a point that you could lock it at 2pm then you have serious emotional issues and a major inferiority complex; 4) if you've worked at a gas station for 20 years than you've definitely earned your inferiority complex.

One employee was to worried about playing with someone's dog in the store and the other employee was too worried about talking on her phone to tell me what me total was or say "Hello, Thank you, have a nice day, or even thanks for shopping with us" she didn't say anything to me. I will not be back.

Can't remember the last gas station I used that had no window cleaner in any of the bays with squeegees, but every one was bone dry here. Other than that, the pumps do work.

2 of the attendants locked up the store for over 30 minutes while they were outside in a truck smoking weed at work and ignored over 20 customers. Tonight I went up there and they were extremely rude. Needs to be dealt with.

Normally, I really like this gas station. I have been a customer for a very long time. The last two times I have been there at night (while out door dashing) the employee working, was about the worst I have ever experienced. I walked in cheerfully and greeted him. He was an elderly man with a very slight build. When I asked him for something from behind the counter, he looked around and said they didn't have it then I asked him for something else, and he went over and pointed to the slot where I suppose it was supposed to be, and starts wrapping his little finger and looking at me over his glasses I had no clue what that meant. so, I asked him does that mean you have it or not? he then snapped at me and said I'm telling you there's none. then I asked him something else and I could not understand his answer so I very politely said I'm sorry I didn't hear what you said, and he got very mad at me! I wanted to purchase something else, but I was so upset. I told him never mind I would just get what I had. He then said I had to run it as a debit card and I said it is a debit card and he snapped at me again. Meanwhile, the young lady behind me waited on next as I was leaving. As I went outside I hope she would have a better experience and I did. She came stomping out of the store a few minutes later and I said, did you get nice treatment from him? She said "no, in fact, I had to tell him off!" Apparently she was trying to pre-pay for some gas and buy a Gatorade and all she had was a large bill. He then told her I can't take that, don't you have something smaller. She said she was already annoyed because of how rude he had been to me . So as she turned to leave she said well why don't you get some change then, so you can help your customers, and also try to not be so rude! To be quite honest, I don't know how he still has his job, but as long as he's there, I will not bring my business there.

So My sister and I decided to stop by this Gasoline station to buy some snacks and drinks, I was looking around while my sister decides what kind of snacks she wants, I looked at this small wine section and picked one, started reading the label to see what's in it, you know the ingredients and I told my sister "Should I buy one? It looks interesting" my sister told me Not to buy it because we don't know if it's gonna taste good, so I put it back where it was. We went to the cashier and I started to look at the Ice cream station while my sister is waiting to check out and this Cashier lady probably in her 50's told my sister "did she put the drink in her bag?" I heard what she says and my sister was so confused like what excuse me? She repeat the question again and my sister was anger told her "Excuse me, she's didn't not steal nor put nothing in her bag! Do you think that a wine bottle is going to fit into that small backpack" I show the cashier what's inside of my backpack which is my personal belongings, did she see/find a wine bottle in my backpack? No, and the cashier told my sister "well, I thought she was stealing a wine bottle and putting at her backpack" that's ridiculous why would she thinks of that. She can looked at the cameras and see it for herself.

Imagine a gas station on a major highway (and interstate) that doesn’t offer a way to wash your windshield (no squeegees) and where credit card chip readers don’t work at the pump. This is that place. What a joke. WAWA across the street everyone. Go there.CHEVRON FAIL.

Chip readers do not work at the pumps and there is no way to wash your windshield. How ridiculous is that from a gas station. Stay away.

This was a regular stop for gas and refreshments. Unfortunately recently no restroom, so stopping up the road for full facilities.

My car died while getting gas here. I thought I would be able to go in and use the bathroom and get water but they closed and locked the doors. At 6PM.
