Very friendly employees, but our salesman flat out lied to us. We went in and got a sofa and matching chair. Back in June, salesman said it was out of stock but not a problem, we would have it end of July first week of August. It is now end of August and they are telling us mid to end September with no fault taken on thier end. We are with out a couch while they keep pushing a date.

I have been a Schewels customer for 25 years. My children have bouhgt their furniture from Schewels. I have never had any complaint about there product or Customer Service.
Erica, one of their Sales people, has always been helpful, friendly, curtious, and caring. She works hard to ensure we recieve the best deal possible. The finance department is respectful and easy to talk to. The goal of the Schewels team always seems to reflect that their customers are valued and respected. I consider Schewels an exemplar company.

My wife and I were looking for new living room furniture. While in Charlottesville on unrelated business we decided to stop by the Schewel's store knowing that it was a much larger store than the one in our home town which we were hoping would offer a larger selection to choose from, (this does not in any way reflect negatively on our store, we have purchased many items from our store over the years and we have always been pleased). We were pleasently greeted at the door by sales associate "Jackie" who was beyond wonderful, she did not rush us, she did not try to push anything on us, and she was a genuine person that only wanted to help us find exactly what we we were looking for. When it came time to close the deal the Store Manager, "E.B." became involved because I had made an offer that required his approval. "E.B." was a true professional who was very open to negotiating which in turn resulted in a transaction that was satisfactory to both parties. When it came time for the payment options we were again very impressed with "Ashley" the credit manager and office staff "Jeanette" who made the payment transaction a painless process. Thank you to all involved for your high level of customer service and professionalism.

I walked in picked out washer and dryer and went to counter and setup payment was quick and easy.I bought them home they loaded and I was on my way home.best service ever and was fast and easy.will be back again
