My mattress layers all deteriorated and crumbled. They considered the wear excess and even though the issue was clearly not normal per their review they only offered me a warranty replacement at the same price I paid for the original. The overall attitude was "to bad". In addition I have sent them more than a hundred customers which did not seem to matter to one of their "employee owners" I will no longer recommend this product to my clients.

What can I say about Savvy Rest and their product and policies? First of all I don't often leave reviews unless something really exceeded my expectations or something was really bad. In this case it is a little of both. The customer service is very knowledgeable about their product and their product is of top craftsmanship. Everything arrived quickly and was neatly packed which made assembling the bed a breeze. As we tried to adjust the firmness to our liking we listened to customer service and tried not one but three different configurations which included ordering and returning different components. This caused a little confusion, we were under the impression that the charge to change components would be minimal but it was not as minimal as I would have thought for spending $2500.00 on a bed. After a fair amount of time trying the bed in several configurations it was evident that this bed just would not work for me. We contacted the company and did additional troubleshooting which included adding a memory foam topper which we had, this did not help. The problem is what I would call hard spots, for a side sleeper I continually would toss and turn all night because of hip pain. I communicated with customer service to inquire about a partial refund, understanding a full refund is not practical. Customer service addressed this and offered a suggestion that I purchase yet another component to swap, at the charge of $450.00. I was not ready to commit any additional funding based on all we tried and again asked for a partial refund. Customer service advised they offer no refunds, which to be fair is on their website. However, we purchased two beds and are satisfied with the one for my daughter, we were simply asking for a partial refund for the one bed which will not work for us. Savvy Rest is VERY RIGID in their no-return policy. For an item that is a significant financial commitment and you use for approximately 8 hours a day I would suggest utilizing a company with a reasonable return policy. We wanted an organic, made in America product which is what we got. The problem comes in the final outcome, I am not satisfied. I suppose that is why the bed in box companies with products from China are so popular, because of their generous return policy. Do yourself a favor make 100% certain that their bed is right for you.

Latex AND mattress cover sagged after less than 2 years after purchase. Was sent pieces of coconut fiber to fill in the gaps - YES REALLY. Was sent the wrong type of latex for replacement. They refuse to replace the mattress cover. My wife was hung up on by a rep. Terrible customer service and $4,000 DOWN THE DRAIN.

My osteopath said I needed a better pillow so I searched maps for a mattress store and am so grateful I found this gem! Unlike the several newfangled pillows I have purchased online, probably made with toxic stuff in China, which promise to be ergonomic but don't fit my small frame at all, this store smells so natural and feels so pleasant to walk into. The woman who helped me was helpful and so joyful. She explained everything is made locally. I feel so lucky this store was along my route home. They have a fairly wide selection of pillows with some having the option to adjust the stuffing to your preferences. I'm optimistic I've found my pillow soulmate after years of searching.

We purchased our saavy rest organic mattress from Your Organic Bedroom in Doylestown, PA in January 2019. We purchased a queen size 3 dunlop layer mattress, which is the Serenity model now. After about 2.5 years we noticed a significant degradation of the top layer...both sides of the bed had a noticeable dip, which was beginning to produce significant discomfort. We contacted the company to see what could be done. They provided timely responses and were moderately accommodating, but overall, it was going to cost us at minimum $105 to begin the process of slowly replacing a layer at a time to try and right the situation. If you are looking at these mattresses, please carefully read the fine print and be ready for the layers to begin to fail LONG before the marketing materials and sales representatives tell you they will (this was billed as a 40-year mattress, which is how the very high price point is justified). I would never recommend this mattress to anyone, but if it appeals to you and you think it will be a good fit just make sure you understand the return/defective product policies and make sure you are watching for the structural integrity of your top layer to break down so you can work within the company's parameters to get things rectified while you are hopefully still under warranty.

After having slept on a memory foam mattress from amazon for only a year, my husband and I began getting back pain and not being able to get good sleep because the mattress had lost all support and was not comfortable any longer. We did some research and found out about latex mattresses. We went to this store and Mary was very kind in helping us find a latex mattress. We are so excited to toss out the memory foam and have this latex mattress for 20-30 years!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.. 1st instinct upon receiving knew it would be problematic so did not remove pillow from wrap. Contact Customer Service, refused an exchange. Followed "customization" instructions, unzip & remove filling. Exactly as I feared, HUGE PROBLEM! little can be done, no matter how careful to avoid the incredibly stupid mess of crumbled bits of latex flying everywhere, sticking to skin & difficulty removing it from outside pillow & any other fabric it lands on! Never enjoy writing negative reviews but hopefully this will help in making a choice when spending $100 for a pillow. Unless they can devise another way to deal with the filling issue, the Savvy latex pillow is ridiculous. The 2nd star is for the quality & comfort being good if you can past the mess.

Saavy Rest? More like Saavy Hell. Serenety mattress? More like *Serenety Now!!!* [Seinfeld reference]. We paid between $3,000 and $4000. And by the way, there are NO RETURNS. Just think about what kind of company would have this policy for online orders. What we got was 6 twin 3" latex foam mattress toppers (retail value $200 each) and then a mattress cover. That's fine the company has healthy profit margins. We tried it out and it was actually kind of comfy, and firm, which is what we wanted. Then we smelled it. Something about that wool mattress cover made me want to smell it, so I did. I was hit in the face with the distinct smell of a goat, or maybe a wet sheep in the flesh. Anyway, we assembled the mattress (no small feat even for a man of 6'3" and 190lbs). The smell started to seep into our sheets and then our bodies. We smelled like a barn full of damp sheep! We reached out to customer service via email the first night after assembling. No response on Monday, but on Tuesday we heard back and apparently they have heard of this before (shocker). They RECOMMENDED baking soda, and then a product called bad air sponge. Tell me, please, why does a brand new product require bad air sponge? We tried airing it out in the California sun for 8 hours, then baking soda treatment for 8 hours, no luck. My 37 week pregnant wife and I slept on our old mattress that night, and regrouped. I finally got a hold of them on the phone. That's when the "no return" policy hit me straight in the pocket book. At one point in the conversation, I asked "Is this company a scam?" She only apologized and reassured me that "smell is very subjective." Realizing I was stuck with this material, I decided to try to wash the wool. I used an industrial strength cleaner and cleaned it in the bathtub. Nope, came out smelling worse than before. My running theory is that they are putting together the cheapest possible materials, using clever marketing, and a "no returns policy" to run an efficienct little scam. I don't know what's in our mattress cover, but it must be freshly shaven from a bacteria-ridden sheep or goat. It's gnarly. Trust me, stay away. I'll never get the money back. Now I've got to find a clever use of 200 lbs of latex mattress toppers.

Just purchased a mattress and mattress protector from them ( which was not inexpensive) First off our mattress protector was not included in our order. Second we were having some difficulty putting the latex layers in. Third I noticed a sizable tear in one of our latex layers. I called customer service and they said that they would have to ask but that the missing protector must have been an oversight. She never clearly told me if I was being sent one. Then I asked for tips and tricks for getting the latex layers in and all she could tell me was to look online for a video of how to do this. That’s great and all, but the video shows split layers and not solid layers so it wasn’t helpful at all. As for the tear I was asked to send photos. The next day I emailed customer service to let them know about the tear and provide photos, and also informed of the missing protector. When they finally got back to me they basically told me that the tear is normal and contact them with any more questions. They never once acknowledged the missing item from my order. And I really didn’t appreciate being blown off about the tear in my latex layer. I didn’t pay 2000+ dollars for an inferior product!! And the customer service team really doesn’t seem to listen to customer concerns or actually care about their customers at all which is really disappointing. I like the products they offer, but for the price paid I’d expect a better customer service experience!!

We bought our Savvy rest bed in 2017 from a local vender, so we could try the bed prior to buying. I wanted an "organic" bed due to sensitivity to VOC,s and being a cancer survivor. Price for the bed $5,000. It was a split king with a topper, so seven pieces. The bed started to sage within a few years, we would turn the layers and topper, but this did not help after awhile. My husband and I are not obese, I weigh 140 pounds. We contacted the company multiple times. We sent pictures as requested of topper and the 1st layer showing the 1 1/2 inch sag. The mattress was 2 firm and a medium, so not soft latex. We were advised they wanted pictures of each layer independently placed on the floor. The topper (king size) and layers are heavy and awkward to manage. So this request would have been quite a job. Take each layer, lay on flat surface (7times) take pictures. We opted not to send additional photos. It was just too much and my husband was in so much pain from the bed that we just decided to bite the financial bullet And buy a new bed. We did contact the vendor and they stated they no longer sale Saavy rest because they do Not honor their warranties. They even gave them a hard time With their personal purchases. If you are not going to work with your vendo who is selling your product to the public you are not going to work with customers. Saavy Rest needs to stop offering a 20 year warranty. They do not sale 20 year beds. If you want so much effort from your customers you need to send representatives to measure the beds. I will never buy another bed online.

Approximately 12 years ago, I visited this company at this location and purchased a queen mattress, consisting of several different latex layers the company recommended to match my personal tastes (mattress firmness). After 12 years of daily sleeping use, this layered mattress and its Savvy Rest custom cover are in almost exactly the same condition as the day of purchase. The bedding remains completely level with no dips or compression, and is the same firmness as it was on the first day. “Almost exactly” because the last time I washed the custom cover I noticed some degradation of the latex material. The degradation appears to be natural decay of this natural material over time. I suspect that the degradation may become significant enough to require replacement around year 20. At purchase, the company representative told me I could expect the layered mattress material to retain its original condition for about 20 years. While the Savvy Rest bedding was more expensive than most non-latex mattress products, I have been satisfied with the performance of the Savvy Rest product and absolutely would consider purchasing a replacement from this business, if recent reviews continue to indicate the same level of quality. The mattress has met completely all my expectations for comfort and quality.

I called Savvy Rest last year to find out which product they would recommend to help make my daughter's bed more comfortable because it was too firm. Because of their recommendation, I purchased an organic wool topper for my daughter....cost over $800. Within 3 months it was flat and gave no cushioning to her bed. I contacted Savvy Rest and their comment was "The product is doing exactly what it was designed to do. You should have gotten a latex topper." They were unwilling to let me return what they had recommended saying only they would give me 50% off the latex topper....spending another $400 which I don't have. Any reputable company would have handled this very differently. I would never purchase anything ever again from Savvy Rest, even at a discount.

Very rude customer service and people who work there. Been waiting on a mattress for over a month now and just keep getting the runaround form customer service and the rude and unprofessional lady in accounting. STAY AWAY from this company!
