I called and scheduled an appointment to have the tires on my vehicle rotated and balanced after noticing uneven wear on the front tires. When I showed up for the appointment I spoke with Carl at the battery and tire desk. I explained that we set up an appointment for a rotation and balance because of the uneven wear. He asked if the tires need to be replaced (before seeing them). I said no and said we just want the tires rotated and balanced. He asked where our car is. I told him. He left and came back telling me that the tires are bald and he could not work on them, only sell me new tires. I asked to speak with a manager. After waiting 20 minutes Clint Meadows came to the desk and asked how he can help. I explained the situation and told him that I want to understand why I could not have my tires rotated as scheduled. We went to the car and he said the Sams policy is not to work on my tires. I asked for clarification on why. He never could give me a clear answer only saying that his view is that the tires have “little” tread and should be replaced. He told me he can sell me new tires. I was disappointed not to have a clear understanding on what the policy is (e.g. tires must have 5/32” left for Sam’s to work on your tires). But Mr. Meadows couldn’t provide that.
We left and went to a tire service center down the road. I asked the service manager to look at my tires and see if they could be rotated and explained that Sam’s told me they wouldn’t service them - only sell me new tires. The service manager said the tires have ample life left and for someone to say otherwise was just trying to sell tires unnecessarily.
We expect better from Sam’s service Mr. Meadows. I welcome management to contact me for further info — Happy to remove or update this post.

I was speaking to the guy who works there about my Rx.s and this rude woman interrupted us and started cranking the window thingy down saying "this is our lunch hour" and "come back later:.I realize they have to go to lunch, but in the middle of a transaction was not the time. Any other time they are very polite and accommodating. I guess her Momma didn't teacher many manners.

Had a pickup time set for today 1-2. I didn’t get a notification that my order was ready until 1:36 (I was on my 30 min lunch break so I wasn’t able to pickup my order by that time!), I called and was on hold for over 10 mins and no one ever came back to me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I will be canceling out membership and going to Costco.

I went to Sams Club to get a Sundae. When I want to the order area the lady said that they can't do a sundae because the other lady was cleaning it out and they close at 6 but it was 5:50 and they are required to clean it at 6pm and that's what the lady told me. I was pretty mad because I rushed over there .

Went in last week to inquire about (long-overdue) new tires for my 2009 Honda CRV, and was helped by LT. He was so understanding of my tight budget as a teacher, and steered me towards a great sale that was happening this week on a highly-rated set of Goodyears. Had my appt today, and was in and out in less than 2 hours with great customer service from LT and his team. Thanks guys! Will be reaching out to higher-ups to let them know how awesome your team is, despite staffing difficulties.

Thank you to Sam’s Club automotive department for helping me out today. When I left work I discovered a nail in my rear passenger tire. The automotive department took me as a walk in and repaired my tire very quickly. They also corrected tire pressure in all my tires. I appreciate the great service.

Prices are gradually getting higher although they do have some good deals every once in a while. However, the staff in the cafe section are EXTREMELY unfriendly. Every time i order, the older woman acts like I’m such an inconvenience. Also, you will now have people approaching you as soon as you walk in trying to sell you something. As a mom, sometimes going shopping by myself is my only break. I don’t want someone approaching me while I’m making it obvious I’m not interested in their services. I’ve had both a sams and Costco membership for almost two years now, but this year it will just be Costco. They have good prices, no one hunts you down for services when you walk in the door, and all of their staff are friendly and welcoming.

Another C'ville business where the employees have no idea of good customer service, plus most are snarky and seem to hate their jobs. The pharmacy is inconsistent with staffing, pricing and the fact that those counting out the pills often short the prescription, and unless you count them at check out, you have no means of proving the shortage. The old lady at the snack bar, barks at customers and there is no consistent rule as to when you have to present a membership card.

We ordered tires last week and got an email saying they were in stock and to call and set up a time.. I’ve been hung up on 3 times. Never ever shopping here again.

Always clean, nice staff, and love the prices!! They do a great job here!! I especially love the rotisserie chickens, and the bakery cookies! Just like Grandma makes!! We have also gotten great prices on TVs and other electronics here!! Don't forget to get a commercial size of TP here!!
