Absolutely the worst, most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. Trying to get an appointment to get my new CPAP machine was a nightmare. Finally got it, hate it and want to return it. I went through multiple calls, multiple transfers to finally get to someone who said they would send me a box and return label. Two weeks later, still no box, and I again go through multiple calls, holds, transfers before I finally reach someone who told me that the person who promised a return box was not authorized to do so, so they never sent it. Now don't you think you would at least call the customer or correct the error rather than just dropping it? Not this company. They are horrible to deal with. I will NEVER deal with them again! Don't waste your time!

As noted elsewhere, Robert's customer service is abysmal! Have called twice and spoke to someone nice who said I should be transferred re a CPAP supply extension. The first time, I was told to "call back later." This time, I've been on hold for just under 16 minutes -- I stayed on longer than I expected, but I became curious. Now, I'm periodically told that my call will be taken in the order called. Now almost 19 minutes, and I'm giving up -- will never contact them again. I've bought CPAPsupplies from them for years, but no more!!! As a physician myself, this service is just awful for customers.

I've been dealing with Roberts for a little over a year now, and have always had a positive experience. I had a dental procedure done this morning, and went in with some questions about how to temporarily modify my CPAP therapy during the recovery process. The gentleman that I worked with was extremely kind and understanding, going above and beyond to find a solution that would minimize any discomfort and be conducive to the healing process. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Roberts Home Medical now owned by Adapt Health and have found that their service and products to be the best in the business!! This time I got my new machine, the ResMed S10 with Tom the CPAP Tech. I was running a few minutes late and he was very understanding. In 20 minutes he reviewed with me everything I need to know about my new machine and he even answered several technical questions for me. We even had time to talk about his days in the Navy, which I really enjoyed. I HIGHLY recommend Roberts Home Medical for your CPAP and health equipment needs. They are great people, ESPECIALLY Tom!! The tech was very nice and friendly. He brought our replacement machine and explained how it worked. He also verified that our machine was definitely having issues. The replacement is doing a great job. The service was quick and we so appreciated it. Thank you because it could be life or death for our daughter not. To have the oxygen.

I had trouble locating business so was late for appointment. I was greater by two very nice gentlemen whom assured me that it was ok & that I was still going to get served. The gentlemen went over everything with operation of cpap & giving me a chance to ask questions. Very nice, polite,& friendly person.
