Great shoes and Rich is the best. Professional and knowledgeable. He got me in a pair of Brooks Addiction that have the support I need. I can walk miles and my knees aren’t hurting now. It made such a difference! I had gone in there to look at Hokas but he steered me in the right direction.

The first time I went in I was helped by Frank. He was kind, caring, and took his time helping me. I came back to buy the shoes he suggested and a gray haired man assisted me. He had no idea of the brand of shoe I asked for (flexx I guess they are new to them) he gave me and sold me the wrong shoe size (I asked for a 7.5 he gave me a 7 and sold them to me) and made me feel completely rushed. Even after telling him all the problems I’ve encountered with foot pain after going through cancer treatment. Shoe Fly off you’re going to sell high quality hire high quality folks.

These people and this place is the absolute best! I am so picky about my shoes and the way they fit and feel and these guys always do top notch work to help me find those "unicorn" shoes that look great and are comfy. I go here for any of my shoe needs any time of year; it's basically the only place I shop for shoes. They are attentive and so helpful and the selection is great. Customer service is as good as it gets.

The best experience ever!!! Seriously. My sister and I both have very wide feet and high arches. It has been almost impossible to find shoes that fit. But Rick Plourde measured my foot and pulled out some Brooks that felt amazing! And for my sister. Outstanding customer service!

Wonderful service! I found out that this shop carries Brooks running shoes and I went to find my new pair for the year. The salesman, Frank, was SO helpful and nice. He even showed me a Brooks pair I'd never tried before and it's my new go-to shoe. I was delighted to find such a great local business to support from now on.
