“Brad at the Package Depot was just phenomenal! He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire shipping process. The item I had him pack and ship out to me was a very intricate and complicated piece of scientific equipment. It needed to be partially disassembled to be packed properly and he took pictures of that whole process. I received these packages (it took 2) and they were packed incredibly well.
