“Used the tire center yesterday for a tire rotation before an upcoming road trip. They did a phenomenal job and even found a screw in my tire that could have caused problems. The patched it up, rotated the tires, filled them up with air, and sent us on our way in a timely manner.
Shout out to Jacob for taking such good care of us. He’s the kind of person who every hiring manager would hire in an instant and what managers look for when it comes to customer service. “Like Costco Only better!!!Sam's club offers a better selection and more of it plus an extremely delicious Hot Dog and drink for under $2.00! Just wish they would open a Sam's club in or close to Waynesboro Virginia. We have to drive to Charlottesville Virginia to shop at sam's club. Maybe a smaller prototype Sam's club in our area!! Anyway, great store, great people and fantastic products.It's March 2022, shelves are a little light, but still a good selection of products. We always get their California Oranges and slice them up and finish dinner with a slice of great orange!! Helps fight Covid 19 too. All in All, Fantastic Associates, Very Clean store and restrooms, price's are going up, but that's everywhere. Great Job Sam's Club!! “This Harris Teeter location is the fastest growing location in Charlottesville. By growing I mean trending upwards in terms of quality, selection, and friendly staff. The selection of foods and ingredients from around the world is getting larger but the costs are not spiraling out of control and there are always deals to be had if you're a member of the Vic card savings club. The deli is absolutely phenomenal and stocks Boar's Head brand. Definitely visit them!”
“My mother needed a shingles vaccine. She uses a walker and it’s sometimes hard for her to get around. After filling out the paperwork for her the pharmacist was nice and came out to my car to give her the vaccine. The staff there is so nice.”

“The staff at the Charlottesville Wegman’s pharmacy went above and beyond the call of duty for us on the Fourth of July holiday. They had short hours and we had a medical urgency. Prescription was sent to them that was unusual and they didn’t have it. They got it transferred to another pharmacy quickly and resolved our issue. They were polite and kept me informed throughout the process while helping lots of other customers and preparing to close up. They didn’t even get our business that day but they will from now on!!!”

“I had to come on and rave about how awesome our Charlottesville Costco is - especially Simone from the Tire Center who saved me soooo much today!! I thought I had a screw in my tire and wasn't sure if they needed to be replaced (good ol AWD vehicles). While walking past the tire center, Simone asked if she could help me and I explained my problem. Without missing a beat she asked which vehicle was mine & went to see with her own eyes. (PS - I have absolutely just interrupted her workday flow and I'd never know it from the BEYOND accommodating way I was treated).
After inspection, she discovered it was an extremely lucky situation that required her only to remove the pin and there seemed to be no leak. BUT NO - SHE WAS NOT DONE BEING AMAZING - Simone went in to get soapy water and checked to make sure that no air was escaping and saved me 4 NEW TIRES. Y'all that is no small expense when I was just told I'd have to replace them all by another company!
Just had to come on here and say thank you to Simone - you absolutely made my day & your kindness was felt throughout the whole process. Thank you Simone, thank you Costco Tire Shop, thank you again to Simone - I am so glad to have such an amazing Costco in Charlottesville to count on. “Aaron was the technician that assisted in fitting my Costco glasses. He was very patient and persistent about getting a good fit for my new glasses despite the growing line of people waiting for service. In fact, I think this is the first time ever that I haven’t had to go back to an optical department for a fine tuning of my fit. I hope he is there if I ever get glasses at Costco again.”
“They are the best of the best and I will strictly be using this pharmacy from now on. I must’ve called them 10 times today trying to get a prescription filled and they never made me feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing them in any way but rather they were happy to help, I was met with nothing but patience, kindness, understanding and empathy every single time. They really took the time to make multiple phone calls for me including calling another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred to them, calling my Drs Office, calling my insurance company multiple times, and calling me back to keep me in the loop multiple times . I have never had a pharmacy put so much effort into helping me with something all while treating me with so much patience and compassion. The two women I spoke with that answered the phones were kind and incredibly supportive. They gave exceptional customer service and were both the real MVPs if I could rate this higher than a five I would I can’t emphasize just how much I appreciate how much trouble they went through for me today and how kind they were every time we spoke. after being treated like a nuisance or just another body at other pharmacies for years this re-stored my perspective of humanity and I appreciate them so much and they deserve to be recognized for what they bring to this pharmacy.Tired of leaving CVS upset and in tears every single time you need a prescription filled? “Great place to pick up prepared food and supplies for a tailgate! VERY HELPFUL and friendly STAFF! The wine tasting area/bar is a nice touch. Drafts are $2 during Happy Hour and they had a good selection. Wish we had a Harris Teeter in our town!”
