I went in to get a routine oil change. Kevin & Eli provided superb customer service showing me a few things that I needed done but was never pushy about over selling anything. Just an all around good experience! Definitely would recommend

The gentlemen that helped me was very thorough and helpful. Apparently when I had gotten my oil changed the precious time at another establishment, they stripped the oil plug. The gentlemen at Pennzoil worked through the issue to replace it instead of turning me away. I will definitely be back and specifically ask for him. He don't remember his name but he drives in from Lynchburg. Highly recommended.
