I had a great experience here! I had my first Brazilian wax done with Jessi and it went as well as a wax possibly could. She was so patient and communicative throughout the whole process which was extremely helpful for soothing nerves and relaxing -- not to ignore the fact that she did a fantastic job! I also booked a lash lift with Suzette who (after working tediously with my extremely heavy lashes for an entire hour) ended up taking the lash lift off my bill because my lashes didn't end up lifting much (I have unusually long and dense eyelashes); she told me she was ordering a new rod that would skirt the issue we had and would let me know when it comes in. I could very clearly tell that the techs genuinely care about the happiness and experience of their clients; I don't mind paying for pricier services when the experience is guaranteed to be good!! It also doesn't hurt that the atmosphere is lovely and very calm. I will definitely be back for my next wax and to try the lash lift again when Suzette gets her new rod!

My custom facial with Suzette was nothing short of restorative. After the long COVID-19 season of isolation, Suzette's soothing voice and gentle touch, along with her easy-going style, were just right for lending solace to the longing for return to stress- reduced equanimity. What a wonderful treat!

Jessie and Suzette both give excellent facials. They are both super knoweldgeable and answer all my skincare questions. My skin looks amazing when I am done plus they always give me samples to take home. I love Paragon!

Be warned IF YOU HAVE FUNGAL NAILThis spa has a policy that you must bring in your own polish and topcoat or buy it on top of the fungal pedicure price of $50.00 I totally understand BUT there should have been a disclaimer somewhere. There are no signs or disclaimers on the website or at the spa itself. After asking the technician to explained to me that I had to buy the polish I asked on top of the $50.00? She talked to the manager, the manager then told me the same thing. She then said they would Comp. the polish. TO MY AMAZEMENT as I was brought a refreshment as my nails were drying I was told the owner paid for my bill due to the misunderstanding. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

I love this spa; the people who work here are so welcoming and the atmosphere very soothing. I try to make a point of scheduling some sort of appointment whenever I am in town, and as I told the owner during a recent visit, being close to Paragon Day Spa when I move back to the Charlottesville area is something I am very much looking forward to.

Received a gift certificate to this spa prior to my wedding in 2007. Have been returning for waxing and facials and gift certificates ever since. Took my mom for her birthday in October and she had a fabulous experience and looked and felt 10 years younger. Looking forward to my next facial with Jesse!
